Most audio can't be played, just stays on loading for a minute until an error message appears. No other feedback is given. Also the names of the songs is not displayed correctly of the name is long. Most of the content is taken form YouTube, maybe they are blocking it. (seems some fixes were done but the new version was not published yet, at least I can't see it to update)
It was working fine, even though it sometimes mixed up my playlists but it simply stopped working and no songs would play the past 2 days. Loved it before Update: It's back on. Thanks for the fix. I can't seem to be able to remove songs from playlists or to delete playlists. Is this something in the works for the future?
This app is very glitchy. I made a playlist and it will play the first song you selected on the playlist, but it will play random songs you didn't put on there. The only way I saw around this is you have to add your music to the queue, then it will work. I don't want to have to do this every time because it is inconvenient especially when I'm in a hurry. It would be a great app if it worked correctly. Also, you can't delete a song after you put it on a playlist which is annoying.
Horrible, absolutely horrible. The times this app actually works without just not playing music, it plays the wrong songs. I had a custom playlist on my computer and used the same account on this app and it replaced all of my songs with different versions. Some were just extended length versions, whereas some were outright different artists singing it. All in a really bad app I would recommend for no one.
In its current iteration, there are too many loading errors for me to say this app is usable. However, I believe this has potential, which is why I give 5 stars. Also, this is the only free app (to my knowledge) that doesn't sell itself to ads. That probably explains the lack of funds to fix bugs, but I salute thee for thy ad-free integrity.
Got to agree with others the December app release is still too intermittently buggy to be useful compared to the excellent web version. Some days it drops connections, app resets, or can't be stopped, sometimes gets my router annoyed to the point it refuses my android wifi connection or hangs my Dlink router completely. I like the web version app a lot, I hope the developer continues to improve this gem in the rough. Tried new 3.3 today, it is DOA, will not run on my LG phone at all.."Unfortunately Stopped".
It works perfectly with earbuds or speakers, so well done. Thanks for your work. only app in the world that offers that and free!! Unfortunately, eventually it crashes and closes itself.
The search function is broken. I search for genres, that are easily found on their website, and the app fails and returns "no search results" every time. Besides this issue, it's good.
I wasn't able to seach songs or bands and the app was unable to play any music. Using Android 9 (up to date) with a Smartphone not even a year old, this should not happen.
Terrible app full of bugs, cannot pause a song unless I want to log in again, 90% of the time I get login failure, app crashes all the time. Very unstable, avoid.
Earlier, I used to love this app, as I can play YT videos' audio without any ads, that too in background mode. These days it has become terrible, not even search is working. TERRIBLE TIME.
I wish it would work, but song selected is stuck in loading status with loading icon. Search option retrieves nothing. Currently it looks like this app is not working at all.
Browser version works ok. But in this android version app, I cannot get any results from searching. Hope u can fix then i chg my rating to 5.
has stopped working again, yet the website works perfectly fine on my phone When brute forcing it by forcing desktop mode in Chrome. Edit:Back to not working again, same as above
Music from Youtube without the video... Song playing different from song title... Misspelled titles, incorrect spacing... Website and app both glitchy and full of bugs...
Installed it three separate times now over the last month or so. Each time, it worked great the first time (or first few times) I used it, then at some point when you open the app and search for songs, it just says no results. Nothing works after that. If it weren't for this bug, the app would be fantastic. I love the website. What would be the problem with just creating a shell app to use the browser site on mobile? Update: bugs fixed, 5 stars.
