Street Fighter IV Champion Edition

How about zero stars, the game has no technical support team to fix the glytches that are hindering gameplay, I've had to uninstall and reinstall 7 times and the problems still haven't been fixed. I'm lucky I've checked to see if the backgrounds are still scrambled before I pay the $7.50 to get the rest of the fighters, if I didn't I'd be out of a lot more money than simple data for the damn downloads of the game each time I've attempted to download it again. A great game, pity it doesnt work!

To be fair; this is pretty much the real deal for an old school, Street Fighter 2 throw back such as myself. I spent more of the early 90's playing that s**t than would ever be recommended. This version holds fairly true to that nostalgia and I'm absolutely happy. I spent the £3.99 one off purchase to gain access to the whole suite and I think it's a VERY reasonable price. No adverts, no overly complicated new controls, no trying to be anything other than Street Fighter. RESPECT 👌👍👊

3 stars only because the directional controls is not great. Seeing a lot of trying to jump or move in a direction ends up going the opposite direction. And trying to get off special moves at specific times ends up not working because the directional controls is all over the place. Not a bad port but if you can fix the d pad to be way better then Definitely 5 stars

I've played this game for hundreds of hours on console and PC and was surprised to see it on mobile. Unfortunately, it runs horribly on my Samsung Galaxy S10e. The controls on mobile are really bad. It otherwise seems fine, with many of the mechanics intact. But the visual quality and performance are unacceptable. I'm pretty sure a modern phone could run the original version of the game without much trouble at 60 FPS. Anything below is not playable for a fighting game.

Never played Street Fighter before, but it's a fun game to play when you have some downtime. Definitely more engaging than most other mobile games. Worth the download for sure! Do note, though that while the download is free, a $5 purchase is needed to unlock most of the features. Also, I haven't been able to get a controller to work on this game, despite claims that it supports controllers.

To play Street fighter series while one is arcade store was a must during early ninties. Playing on Android was an amazing experience, graphics are so beautiful, no more worries about the joystick mechanical failures or sync for special moves of our favorite characters. The audio quality keeps the fight momentum high. I am not biased, but CAPCOM has kept it's standard unbeatable. Looking forward to see more on this franchise.

Could be so good if they made some tweaks. Please for the love of god, change these things: -Controllers don't work in menus. Horrible experience. -Gameplay is choppy. It looks like it has a 20fps frame rate or something. -No option to customize, or even view controller button mapping. If you fixed those 3 things this would be worth much more than $5. As it is now, I don't even want it for free.

Great game when it worked on my Galaxy A70. But it doesn't work on the newer S22. Gameplay wise it's a simpeler version of SF4 with 4 buttons: punch, kick, charge and special/ex. You can use the special button for easy special move inputs similar to KOF or do it manually. Graphics are okay as its obvious they used 3D rendered sprites. Background are static bit doesn't harm the gameplay. I'd give it a 5 star again if the game works again on thebnewer phones.

I tried playing this with an Xbox One controller paired with Bluetooth because it says "Works with your favorite bluetooth controllers!" in one of the game screenshots, but my controller didn't work. I am sorta disappointed that my controller didn't work. Only 3 stars because it's more pixelated than a NES, and the only way I can play this game is if i use the mouse, which I hate doing. Please add Xbox One controller support. Thanks if one of you add that!

some button doesn't work good. just sound clik clik but no skill show up. remember, this is touch screen. shouldn't make the touch complicated as you do in console. the graphic, i thought it will be like street fighter on ps3 with upgrade graphics and high fps. so what's the 3gb data file for? i'm confused. soul calibur android still much better and smaller size.

At first I thought this game wasn't good. It was glitchy, the screen was off center and part of the buttons were cut off to the point I couldn't use one. Turned the game off then back on, the screen fixed itself, I resized the buttons, now it works pretty good. Controls are probably the best on a touchscreen that I've seen, but still a little glitchy. I also wish the frame rate was a little smoother. Kinda hard to time the moves. Other than that, great job!

The best console quality game I've played on a phone. I think the timing or transitions for some of the combos are lagging, but this game is well worth it if you're looking for top a top quality fighter on a phone. If you're a fan of street fighter, this game is a mandatory download. I haven't played much of the pvp online matches, so I can't give an accurate description on the connection. To the developers, please go through the challenge mode and update the fluidity of the combos.

All in all mediocre try at the kind of representation for the type of game it's trying to live up to. Although not awful, not anything amazing. Much credit due to the animations, and everything else that went into making it. Sadly when it comes down to it, it's really just not anything equal to a console experience. Additionally if you don't plan on connecting a Bluetooth control, plan on having a less than stellar experience. Good game though

Has nearly all the characters which is great. Gameplay is fast, and it nearly have the feel of the original game. But after 3 fights, the game takes longer to load, and it continues until you finish a character you chosen in solo play. Please fix that. It kinda breaks the momentum. If you plan to port more games, please consider Street Fighter 3 Third Strike. I think many will appreciate that. Overall, great android port. Edit: Now it doesn't launch when I'm online. Please fix.

I haven't bought the full game, but it looks very promising. Who knew street fighter could have such a wonderful control scheme On a mobile device, and when you look at it you know it's street fighter. I'm just very upset how little there is to do in the trial, being able to unlock a character or two would be nice, as it would have people understand the unlock system better, or being able to go into a local match, also for better understanding of the system.

Their heart is in the right place with this one, but far from a bullseye. I expected the onscreen controls to be pretty bad a Ms it just seems hard with phone screen size and other issues to make it a real alternative to a controller. However, I tried it with an Xbox controller and it is still pretty horrible. It's slow moving, very laggy, and leaves alot to be desired. I gave it 2 stars for the effort and because I really enjoy the street fighter series but in reality, it's one star material.

"Try before you buy" but the option to purchase doesn't exist, download the game and you can only play with 4 characters, use the store option the game crashes, battle, survival or any other option and the game just crashes. Seems like an attractive piece of junk. The gameplay is great though.

This game has been quite fun. Mobile controls are good; there is a setting that let you use special moves with one button and also autoblock. It's good for playing in small bursts and you can play solo offline or online with others. The only minor issue I have is the lack of a storyline in solo mode. Oh, and you can try before you buy and get the full game for $5.

This is super awesome! I don't mind paying for more characters bc it's worth it. Althought when it comes to playing online or ranked matches, it's a bit difficult because it lags terribly. I assume it's because of the distance of players ofc, but even when you set your opponents range within the country, it's difficult to find anyone to play with.

Works well on my note 9, works with my 8bitdo zero (not in the menus however). Fun game, I like the graphics despite it being a game made for phones 10 years ago. I just wish we got more stages or the remaining characters, I wouldn't mind paying extra. Shame that not many people play online anymore and netcode isn't that great to begin with. I do wish there was a normal vs mode to select what stage you play on and who you fight.

Good graphics and the controls, while not perfect on the touchscreen, are optimized for mobile play. It is a simplified version of SF IV, but I don't care, it works on the phone, the moves and combos feel right and flow as they need to. Well worth the money to support their game, and not too expensive. Best fighting game for a phone that I have ever played. Multiplayer is fun as well. I might consider getting a controller to help play the game and become a bit more competitive.

My problem with it is the mobile controls. I feel like I am limited to only 2 crouching punches and 2 crouching kicks. The graphics are disappointing, and I lack too many buttons. In traditional street fighter, I play with at least 6 buttons, but this only gives me 4. It doesn't work well. I love how there is a virtual analog stick, as it actually works well.

great game. takes a little but to get used to the onscreen joystick. Also I have had trouble fighting other people due to what the game says is poor connection. That is not the case because it says the same thing when I'm connected to my home wifi or my Verizon mobile data network. other than those 2 issues the game is great.

Still awaiting the update that prevents the Pixel 2 XL from crashing every time I try to play online. As soon as I press Ranked Match or Free Match the app restarts it's self. Ive uninstalled multiple times and still no luck. Hopefully this is fixed or I'll be out of $5. It's a shame because the gameplay is great, but it's useless if I can't play it with anyone!
