There is so much info in this app that it will take time to learn to navigate. Overall, the interface is user friendly. It would be nice if there were full summary pages for each exercise/motion or some kind of high level overview of how all these topics are interconnected. Stretching and strengthening for example. How much does one affect the other?

I'm a personal trainer, and retired biology teacher so I not only want to keep learning, but want my clients ("students") to learn, too. I can show my clients exactly what we're trying to achieve using smart phone or tablet. If they can visualize it, it's easier for both of us. Excellent graphics, app identifies synergistic and stabilizing muscle groups, and theory. Wish it was more functional on my PC/Mac. I typically stay on longer, investigating other routines. Thanks for an amazing app!

In the beginning, I was ecstatic with the app. Loved all the exercises and the ability to create folders for future reference. U fortunately, the app now continuously crashes, and my folders no longer exist. Will not be renewing subscription, which is a shame. As a trainer, its potential value is amazing. Fix the glitch and I will renew.

Love MM and the app, especially after the recent updates! One thing that's killing the fun though: The videos never run smoothly but always break to buffer every few seconds. This doesn't happen when watching the same videos via the MM website, so I guess it must be related to the app. Since the whole app is built around the videos, this is a huge downside to me. It hurts not to give 5 stars, but until this will be fixed, three is the most I can give.

I initially bought this app when I was studying to become a personal trainer and it proved invaluable in helping me. It's also a great tool for helping clients understand how their body is working with regard to exercises. Sometimes words aren't enough and it helps to have great visuals to drive a message forward. The app has always worked well, I've never had any issues with it and updates are fairly regular. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it

Free Version, only reason not 5 star, (I don't have access to ALL). So far extremely well thought out and informative. The skeleton and muscle pictures and videos are ingenious. It keeps the viewer from being distracted by watching a person. As a viewer I am able to focus more on the subject matter. Looking forward to trying all program's.

The app is one of the unique of it's kind. In this price the content is valuable enough. Usefull for advanced as well as beginners. There are some problems though. 1- The app interface is very strange mostly aimed at securing the content from being copied so distracting and frustrating for user. 2- Even after applying filter you have to open each and every thumbnail to find what is inside. Except for these two structural flaws the app is deserved to be Number one.

Please make it so you can highlight muscles of your choosing, I'm a personal trainer and I want to show clients which muscles are underactive and overactive. It would be great if I could look at one model with the specific muscles I want to show instead of removing layers at a time. Great app but I might want a refund because this purpose is why I bought it.

Really cool but crashes all the time. Pros: +Detailed instructions +Detailed anatomical reference +Huge selection +Tons of filters to narrow the selection +Intuitive UI +Able to create a bunch of files to save exercises Con: -I can only check out a few exercises before the app either glitches & removes all search filters, crashes & reverts back to the home page, or crashes & closes all together. Please fix this! The app is otherwise awesome!!

Super expensive. I wish you could just pay for the muscle orgin, insertion and action part of it. I do not need it for excersizes or anything like that. Definitely cant afford to keep it for more than a month. I feel like more people would sign up and keep it if there were more affordable options available.

Great app and lots of exercise. I love the fact that you can easily built workouts and get to see exactly what muscle is targeted. I also love the extra detailed videos showing how to do each move. I wish there was a way to also play the workouts and have a timer on as opposed to just viewing though.

The free version is okay but after breaking down and buying the lifetime version it's amazing. Really helped me with lifting and training better. I have way better form now after using this app. They are missing some pretty popular lifts but they also add new workouts all the time. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to better themselves in the gym or even as an anatomy reference.
