It is nice not to need to carry my large books around for doing these exercises any more. I have severe arthritis and have to stretch every day to be able to move around without horrible pain. The stretches here match the ones in the book the doctor had me get so I am well pleased. Would like to see more stretches added to what is here. Thank you for what you have done so far.
Excellent free reference for beginers. "Basic mode" is the easier (modified) version of common yoga poses. Poses are categorize by area of benefit. There is something to be desired about the interface. 1) It keeps asking if you want basic or advance. 2) You need to press "info" to get details about poses. (They need an audio of it.) Unfortunately, by the time I see this I'm already know the advance poses. Learning the basics, to help my mom build up muscle strength.
NOOK HD. I have been looking for a yoga app that featured modified yoga postures that used props, such as chairs, to help those with VERY low flexibility and/or physical disabilities (both categories to which I belong), as the unmodified postures, or even those that use blocks, aren't possible with my physical limitations. I would very much love to see these exercises integrated with their Daily Yoga app, complete with videos. I would also love to see postures further modified with straps.
After I did some steps, I realised that the pain I had in waist has reduced and I hope with this app it will go completely. The best app for exersicing.
I'm looking for stretches to warm up before a workout or to get ready for the day. This has some great stretches but isn't what I need.
Had gotten so stiff from not exercising that not only did my body begin to ache I was also getting sick easier. Now my aches and pains are going away and I also get sick less now!
At first, I thought this was just a bunch of ordinary stretching exercises. I was just picking a few of the exercises that I deemed easy. But once I tried all of it, it's not easy at all. You can really feel it. Looks simple but very effective.
The photo demos are easy to follow and effective stretches. It works on my Note 2 and it's free. Thank you.

Its ok I guess. I was looking for some new stretches, but over half the advanced ones i do on a daily basis.
This app is great for, us, people who have not taken care of our bodies by over working it with long hours standing on our feet daily.
I spent an hour of stretching with this because it truly helps me it my 30min or 1hour bodyweight workout. You can feel the difference. Hope it has another variations of basic and advanced stretching :-)
Highly recommended to get into stretching, I find myself expanding once I'm in the different poses but overall great to start getting some exercise.
I don't want to exercise with a bloody phone in my hand and I can count in my head so this app is fine. It gives you pictures ...you copy. The model wraps himself around a chair occasionally. I'll be sitting on mine getting my breath back. But I've got some ideas from this so I give it 5.
Small descriptions, good exercises and images are clear. Videos and time lapses could be a plus.
I really need to use this but it's awkward to have to look at the screen while stretching. Audio would be GREAT and make it so much easier to incorporate into my life.
It wasn't descriptive enough for me. I had to toggle between pictures of steps to see if I was doing it right. I wish it was in mini video form with some relaxing music.

Perfect for work and for use with chairs and such as aids. I just wish it were on iOS as well since a lot of my co-workers are on Apple devices.
This app is amazing! I used to wake up in the mornings with numb hands because of stiff neck. Now, doesn't matter how hard I work, if I do my stretching I sleep like a baby and wake up feeling great!

Gives error that cannot be saved to SD card and not getting installed on the device

These stretches did not work very well for me
It doent have alot of stretches and did not help me at all
it helps posture, waist pain from kicks, and more flexibility and strength
