My experience at Stretch Zone has been VERY positive, with the exception of this App. Come on, upper management, can you please get an upgrade? The app is very slow, cumbersome, and does not allow for online payments, which means having to call staff on site who could better be spending their time on clients in the studio or with potential clients, rather than having to take up the slack of this very clunky app.
Terrible only allows one appt at a time even though option to book additional you get an error. Call or book appt at facility to get the associate/time wanted.
I rarely rate apps but the response I got from support when I reported a bug where you look at a schedule to book on one day, but when you confirm the booking it shows you another day, has encouraged me to just say what a waste of time the app is. The response I got was they can't help with client or billing issues...this is neither of those.
The app works great for me. It's handy for after hours scheduling. It saved me a last minute reschedule tomorrow morning because I was able to reschedule through the app after hours tonight. Seeing my credit blance for the month is useful to me too. I like the app. It's basic, and it seems to do the job well.
Just awful. The location I go to is not listed. I try to set up my account and the app keeps taking me back to the sign on. I try the "lost password" and it takes me to the sign on.
One of the worst apps I have ever used and this is an ongoing issue. I used to try to use it at another SZ location. My advice, call them to set up a appointment.:) No excuses on a poor working app, FIX IT!!
This app does not work. Can not open to set appointments up.
They changed the working app into a non working version. Great improvement. Cant see how many credits i have or book an appt. Way to use all the off time efficiently
The old version worked, but the new update doesn't at all. This app is complete garbage. I had to uninstall it. Just ruins our experience as customers. Sad.
It keeps freezing! Unusable. And now in 2020, o can't even login. After calling several times, it keeps saying my email is not recognized! I can't give it 0 stars.
Cannot book an appointment! It says none available for every day! Reinstalled app numerous times...no change....also, have to log in everytime...can we just have an option to keep open and not log out?

App has malfunctioned, and no longer works! Got notification from stretch zone to call for appt.
Had to jump through a bunch of hoops to even log into my account. Showed me appointment times then they all disappeared.
Months of login trouble, non existent customer service from Club Ready who hosts the site. I log into the Stretch Zone App and then am redirected to their competition Stretch Lab who Club Ready also hosts. Club Ready is Club Ameture when it comes to website hosting and support.
The option to create an account is grayed out so I cannot even get started

SZ is great for stretch help. The app is worthless as it won't let me create an account.
Thank Goodness the app is not reflective of the great results I'm receiving. 1 star is for the app! 5 stars for the service
Has incorrect information. Version prior to the update worked much better.

Previous version worked much better. Since the switch to this version it works very infrequently and once again I can't get in I get the message that my male/username doesn't work which I know it's correct and forgot password doesn't work. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same problem. Never had this issue with the old app I wish they'd go back I prefer to use the app to schedule my appointments rather than call. Please fix this!
