Explanations should be before the stretches start, not during as this causes one to miss the stretches entirely. The instructor is moving on too fast. Do not get a chance to stretch in 5 seconds of her 30second explanation. Very poorly done in that respect! Not worthy of being a free app. Definitely not for beginners or intermediate the way it is done.
Amazing stretches. I also love that she is commenting during the stretches. I would just want more time on each stretch instead of changing it every 15 seconds. Otherwise really useful.
This flexibility stretch game is really helping my flexibility. It also made me reach a higher level than all the stretches and tricks it showed me! Me and my mother loved this app very much and now we both could do, Ariels, Handstand, Summersalt. All my friends at school are really impressed and i love that π. I did not like it one bit. The only reason I even gave it a two star is because at least it actually gave me stretches and what part it excercized.It didn't walk through with me a routine, it just showed me some simple stretches that didn't make me more flexible at all! I could do the same thing by simply looking on the internet those same 10 stretches it showed me. Waste of time and storage.
I liked it so much..very nice app for beginners intermidiate ....very helpful to everyone n for those who are lazy to do workout, the app has very comfortable stretching exercises... mind-blowing...main thing is it's ad-free and no subscription or other useless things in this app...so I just love it ..one of my fav daily exercise app..just given 5 star β ββββ and if it has option to give more stars I will give it 100 of stars ... excellent...
I really love this app I downloaded it awhile back and had to delete it for space and I just found it back and I'm so happy. It's really helps me alot because my muscles are tight and I would do it everyday I 100% recommend it to whoever is looking to become flexible and even to dancers
Really love this app π» Very very good for stretchingy back flexibility has really improved. Only promble is that there should be more videos for back strecibility there are only three.
Honestly I really didn't think this would work but I think it works really well. I've decided to become a dancer and this has already helped me with my flexibility after using it for 2 days. I really do recomend this app to others!π

Explanations should be before the stretches and not during! There should be time in between the stretches to get ready for the next stretch. There are much better stretching apps available with the same stretches.
I really love this app! It really helped me with my flexibility. But there is just tiny bit of a problem. It is kinda blurry in my phone, but you can still see and understand π
When I dowload this app I became more flexible than before. In before when I was trying to do the bridge I always fail. But when I use this app and practice I was surprise that I can do the bridge without hurting myself. FOR OTHERS YOU HAVE TO INSTALL THIS APP . REALLY GREAT. I HAVE 1 SUGESTION DOWNLOAD MORE APPS LIKE THIS!!!! Keep It Up !!
It is a perfect app. And it it way better than the 30day app.angthe results are great and im like two inches from the groung in a middile split and i was never flexible
Good exercises. A bug is that if I lock the screen, the audio continues in the background.
I have only used it for a day but I like following her. She's very relaxing. I just wish she'd have a soft ding or tone when she switched stretches. Cause when your head is down you miss it. π
I don't really like the app because my phone kept on shutting off in the middle and every time I turn my phone back on it starts at the beginning and I have to fast forward to what I had but overall it's a good app to download
I love this app! I already am pretty flexible but this app really has helped me, I'm getting even more flexible and stronger. I can really feel the stretch.
this app is amazing...π€© the only draw back is the explanations and timings is too fast...plss slow it down so that we can go according to the instructions. π π

I am so much more flexible. I could do some of the stretches easily because I have learnt to make my back flexible but now I can finally do the splits and all!
It's helpful and overwhelming but still like it I'm a little flexible cause I use to do gymnastics I only have four years to learn it ππ₯ and if you have pain please stretch a lot it Will help you with the back pain anywhere where the pain is.
I think the app is a good one, I haven't really started with it yet but seeing the whole exercises makes it seem wonderful.

It has some really good stretches. If you're low level like I am, just keep at it and you start to feel the results in a few days.
I just love it. Especially when I am being encourage while doing it because it really painful when starting but the encouragement helps me to do it well.

I was flexible then introduced to football and forgot how to do stretches and more but I downloaded the app it brought me all my flexibility back and even better. so this app so good and never give up
A must have. I was already flexible but this app has improved my technique like getting into crab, splits etc a little bit better. Also its helped me be a lot more confident in what I can do. As since I gave up gymnastics my flexibility has not been as good and this has really helped. But for people who are already doing gymnastics it's way to easy. And an improvement that needs to be made is that when your doing a move you have to stop to turn on your screen as it goes of. π€ΈββοΈπ€©π§ββοΈπͺ
