Stretching training

Stretching training gives the body flexibility and significantly reduces the risk of injury.
Tendons, ligaments and joints are involved in muscle interaction and the skeletal system during exercise. Stretching gives flexibility to the whole body. Enhanced and flexible ligaments, tendons and muscles increase the power – it is possible to perform more dynamic, powerful moves with greater load without risk of injury.

After an intense workout, working muscles tense and contract. Regular, heavy exercises cause that the muscles stiffen and shorten, resulting in a limitation of the entire body’s locomotive scope. Growth of the muscles without stretching can cause pressure on the nerves and slow the flow of nerve impulses, and sometimes even their blockade.

Regular trainings without stretching can lead to a permanent feeling of tension in your body, loss of energy, feeling of fatigue as well as muscle and joint pains.

I gave it three stars because in principle it's a good app in fact a great app but it gets a one-star because it will not stop with the advertisements even after you buy. I paid for the 300 sit ups which is all the same company. advertisements and more advertisements , now I'm deleting all from my phone. sick and tired of all the ads popping up every time I want to do an action or even going to a new window. delete delete

Tried old version and the daily challenges, these stretches help me to activate my long time non workout joints, arms and legs working back.. The last 2 stars are for continuous research and improvement 😊

Interface forced full screen, I can not use this app because it interferes with navigation buttons.

Poorly thought through app: bad English encourages you to stretch until you feel the muscle sprain. Some exercises don't end unless they are cancelled and complex instructions with inadequate diagrams make this a poor choice.

I think this could be a GREAT app for people who want to get flexible/ do the splits/ backbend etc. EXCEPT in the custom excercises it does not SAVE the order of the excercises you arranged😬. ALSO there should be a way to save MULTIPLE custom workouts. Also they should add more types of stretches for the back. I will come back and rate it FIVE STARS if they fix these problems by the next update!!

The UI is OK but these exercises are super simple things we all learned in elementary school. More advanced stretches (like PNF), or just a better balance of the stretches provided would need to be implemented before I could recommend this app to anyone older than five.

The descriptions and animations are extremely helpful. Nothing feels quite as good as making it through a properly executed stretch routine.
