I also had a problem not being able to access documents. I totally uninstalled it and downloaded again and It seems there is an updated version!!! With this updated version it worked and i can now view documents in conjuntion with Adobe Reader. Yay!
I am unable to use this app for some reason it continues to send a screen message that reads as follows: Striata keep stopping. A year later and it does the same thing. Why is this so?
Filled in ID no as password and it then displays the title of the document I want to open as a hyperlink. But the hyperlink doesn't work and isn't linked to anything. Totally unprofessional and amateurish of any financial institution to be relying on this to manage critical encoded communications.
Since installing it blocks opening of documents, to avoid further frustration I will try to Uninstall the reader! I am not a boffin with smartphone and what apps to use for opening attachments.
The newly installed app picks up a partial sentence from an email containing an emc file. This is displayed in the password window and cannot be deleted.
The app keeps stopping. Haven't been able to open a single document so far.
Please don't waste your precious time downloading this nonsense, It doesn't work at all, It keep on saying unfortunately striata reader has stopped. 😡👎👎👎👎👎👎

The EMC file cannot be opened on Android 9 latest version. How do you do this?

Does not open links for other pages in document. I could not view pages beyond p1 on multipage file.

People complain about the app not opening or giving error messages. It has always worked fine for me, even now on my new phone. This is not a stand-alone office app. It is just used to securely decrypt documents you receive from your bank or other business etc. After that your office app will open your document for reading and or editing.
