Striiv Activity Tracker

Just bought a second one. The first one never sync correctly, so I thought if I got a new one it would sync, but it does the same as the first it still May 25 when it should say May 31. And I guess I never sleep either, I did sleep a few days in April. So I went online to the striivi site. All I saw was a repeat of the same issue tracker won't show graph. So I ordered a new tracker from a different company. Because things thing totally wasted my money, and time . Very unsatisfied!!!

This app is terrible! Rarely syncs properly, crashes all the time, I go for days at a time without it syncing any data, customer service is horrible! They take days to get back to you and still are no help in resolving the issues!! They try to tell me that I'm not syncing it daily because it's not communicating with their server. Dah!! You think something might be wrong with your friggin server!! Whatever the issues are, there are a ton of them.... has been a waste of my money and time!

Did not work when received. Even after charging it for 24 hours, the screen never came on for the watch portion, so it could not be set up at all to my phone. I did get a full refund however. Their customer service person was very professional and reversed the payment I had made for the item that did not even work. I would not recommend it, unless you want to take a chance of receiving it not in working order. 50-50 shot.

Item worked properly less than 1 wk. Called customer service numerous times & only option is to leave voice mail. Customer service is nonexistent evidently as they have yet to call back. Would NOT recommend anyone purchase their products as when they malfunction, there is no way to resolve the issue even by following all the suggestions on their app to for your specific tracker. Total waste of $$$ and total frustration!!! Does get your heart rate up though!!!#

I call your attention to the game part of Striiv. The game graphics are great for this cute little game. It falls short by not being updated in two years, and doesn't deliver on its stated promises about "coming soon" to make purchases. Also, it takes forever to move along in the game. The problem is, this App has potential but nobody is interested in working on it.

Syncing not working properly and daily figures entered correctly. Error message showing on bottom when opening details and doesn't correct itself. Takes a long time to sync in bluetooth mode, Not as described in Morningsave. Need a replacement!! I wouldn't recommend it, needs an acceptable warranty. Not calculating properly daily for all categories. Need replacement or refund.!! Morningsave should not sell this product as indicated, it's faulty.

This app has issues on a weekly basis. The only reason I use it is because it is the free fitness tracker my company uses so I don't pay for it. The syncing has issues (loss of data) at least once a month. The app has issues weekly with displaying simple things like a graph or historical data. The app doesn't match the website (right now the website says 5432 steps and I have less than 3k on the device and phone app). Bottom line this app or trackers are not worth the money if you pay out of pocket.

The game in the app encourages you to move more, the amount of times the app fails to connect, the amount of times the app crashes, and the customer support all need a lot of work. As well, you have to keep an eye on the tracker, as it falls out of the wrist band easily.

Sleep portion doesn't work, Notifications don't work. App is showing XML code at the bottom. Horrible interface-10 year old could have done this better. Buy a better tracker and return ASAP if they ever answer you back. I own the Striv Bio 2 PLUS and there are zero plusses. If this is the 2nd version I can't even imagine the first one. Unfortunately I paid 15.00 and bought two. Waste of money. Zero stars

after NUMEROUS problems with this app, I am about to give up, it works okay for a month or so, and then decides not to recognize the tracker device!!! Then I have to restart like 6 times before it will register that I had an account, then it tells me the tracker is in use with another account(MINE, because I BOUGHT IT BRAND NEW) so then I do factory reset, and it won't, so I uninstall with the intent to re-install, and it won't do that either!!! What a waste.

Ok watch but that's about it. Difficult to sync, no sleep coverage, battery only last 2 days even with all settings turned off so no notifications or any of the other settings you would like to use. Help hasn't connected success I've had it. Big waste of money!

there isnt a sync button. this tracker doesnt auto sync and there isnt a way for me to tell it to sync. the instructions in the box are short and dont tell you anything. its not a fitbit by a long way, but what do you expect for $10 or less.

The watch its self is decent. Does what it's supposed to. The problem is the app. No mater what I do it keeps saying invalid. I tried to forget password and the link doesn't work. I'd be fine just using the watch but there is no way to reset data and it won't let me use it until I snyc to the app that won't let log in. I should not get password error when creating a new account since I can't log into my old. The watch is useless without the useless app.

Error Code? Link to website not available? Just receive the watch tracker and downloaded the app however, when I open the app, there is an error on the the bottom portion. May have to do with html? It's really annoying and shows to me, app is not that reliable therefore, wasted money on the watch! If I could load a screen shot I would!

This tracker is nice and small and the app is easy to use. There's a few little tricks you need to learn about connecting the app and making it download from the tracker but they're intuitive. You'll figure it out. I like it!
