Simple and functional.
Needs more lift selections
This is an excellent workout tracker if you're doing Starting Strength or Strong Lifts. The layout is uncluttered and it's easy to record your numbers. You can also include notes for future reference (maybe your hips were popping up first on that last squat...) and view your exercise history to see how much you've progressed.
Can't access the menu button inside the app on a Note 10.1. That means I'm stuck with the exercises given, since there is no way of inputting your own exercises which depends on the android menu(it works well on the SGS3 though). A shame since it would be perfect to write your own notes when you are tired with the pen in the tablet!
I tried to add my own movements as the description says you can, but I didn't find a way to do it. So you get the classic 5x5 stuff but it doesn't appear to support adding additional movements yet. When it does I will come back, but until then I need something more flexible.
Program works great and I love how quick the interface is. The software keeps messing with the last added workout once in a while, changing the name of it or not storing it. As result I find myself making sure that the last lift was stored next time.
I was hoping it would do stuff like tell me what my current working weight is when I start a new set, let me record weight for each set, tell me what my warm up sets are....but all I can do is list what my working weight was...and then have to look it up the next time. I actually think a 3x5 index card would be more useful for me. --- But, what it does, it does fine, just not what I was hoping for.
I recommend this app. Two possible improvements: the ability to export workout history as a .csv file or something, and the ability to compare repetitions ie graph projected 1rm over time with 35kg x 5reps vs 30kg x 20reps etc
Simple and basic feature set that works well. The option for sets or for the app to calculate warm up sets would be nice. Also, where's the Holo design, it is 2014.
If you could make sub headings to add different exercises. Over all I think the app is simple and effective.
It's alot simpler to use than most apps in this category. Only wish it had an option to log in reps as well then it would be a five star worthy app
Generally works for what you need it for. Crashes each day I use it. Doesn't always show the latest date for an exercise.
I'm uninstalling because in description says you can add your own exercises but on my s7 edge I'm stuck with only options that came from developer. It's nice only if you want to do a limited set of lifts.
Unable to add lifts like curls or the fly. Fix for 5 star rating
Quick and simple way to log your workouts, but no way to export your results (when changing devices).
Just what the doctor ordered. Better then the 5x5 and starting strength programs. Clear & functional, but I don't know if it automatically adds weight increments to your next workout yet (the starting strength program did). Regardless, this is a higher quality app
This is an excellent app, but I recently changed phones and lost all my progress charts. If the app could save my progress across devices, that would be a 5 star change!
Easy to use, unobtrusive ads, highly customizable. Highly recommend for 5x5 and 3x5 style strength training.
Please fix the crashes and add an export/import option. Materiel design refresh would be a plus. Otherwise the app is pretty simple and nice to use.
It does exactly what I need without the unnecessary complexity inherent in apps that target non SS/SL based lifting programs.
Does exactly what I need...except that we need an update to be able to access menus on newer phones that no longer have a menu button of their own. It's difficult not being able to add new exercises!
used this many times, never commented. simple intuitive, never change please!
