love it, can be improved. for example add drop-set or add an icon on each exercice when it shows up during the training. English is not my mother tongue, so it can help when i get a doubt of what workout i planned to perform. BTW, I purchase the app .I can try now to do more each session. I'm going in different place and i use different brand of machine, that change for the stats, pls find a way to make a difference between machines brand.Connect to myfitnesspal and garmin will be really great

Really good app, but too expensive to have pro version. Like really, it cost a lot. Also, I can't understand, why I need empty place between add and subtract time on timer screen, sometimes phone lying on the ground and I can missclikc a little bit. Also not sure about hole timer screen like close window button for the same reason. Another anoing thing, that I should turn on auto timer for each exercise, just add one more row in settings, it is just user experience moment.

It's and incredibly good app. I have been looking like something like this for a while now. My only issue is that it's very buggy. It crashes and kicks me out a lot! And when I try to log in using Facebook sometimes it doesn't even open it just stays on the log screen. I have to close and re open the app repeatedly for it to let me in. Please fix this and I would definitely give 5 stars.

Really great app, no ads and the free version works great. I payed for the premium cause it was that good and helpful. It would be lovely if they added a feature where you can log progress pictures, like you do with weight and measurements. Also the ability to clear an exercises history. I logged the wrong weight for a long time for a particular exercise so now the chart looks like it's going on a negative curve. Otherwise this is a great app, 10/10 would recommend.

I'm 17 and have a crazy schedule, so using a "12 week workout journal" didn't work well for me. There were a ton of blank pages because of how it, along with most other books of this kind, was structured. That being said, I began to search for another solution... Enter: Strong. This app is great! It has a prebuilt selection of exercises as well as an option to add your own to your personal library. Edit: 20 years old now, 45lbs heavier, and nearly 500 logged lifts. Still loving Strong.

I have used this app for a long time on Iphone and it was great, but switching to android I find that there isn't an option to keep workouts in folders, I have no idea why this was a choice, but it makes the app much worse. Surely the android version could implement folders the same as the iphone.

Been a long user of this app. Recently resubscribed after a break. I am unable to change my status from free to subscription. In otherwords I am paying for no features. Contacted customer support, no answer. It's a shame as the app is great, but I don't want to pay for something I can't use the features for. The one star rating for bad customer service.

The app is great, but after updating to android 12 its usability is degraded. I have two problems now 1. Notification (rest timer) on lock screen have to be expanded manually every time when I have spotify opened. Only one of those app's notifications is expanded automatically. 2. When I lock the screen (via power button); put the phone in my pocket, I do not hear the rest timer alert. I have to press the power button and then I hear it immediately. Is there some way to fix those in android 12?

I've tried a lot of digital trackers and this is the only one I'll ever use again. When I started working out I logged my workouts on paper because I hated every app I could find. After finding this one it's the only one I use and now, as a trainer, it's the only digital tracker I recommend to my clients. I have only ever found very minor things I would change, like being able to choose the exact measurement for each exercise, you can customize that, but not to the extent I would prefer.

It is a great app but the interface looks so old. It would be great to a better way to see the stats. Otherwise, I like how it enables the visualization of your progress and how easy it is to register a workout.

Good initial app, little app amintence. Impossible to change your username on Android once you set one & the bug report option doesn't work. -- Will update if they ever fix this, but it's been 2 years so I'm not holding my breath.

Need a way to remove accidental sets. When creating custom workout, would be nice to be able to select more specific body parts (i.e., biceps vs arms). Would also be nice to be able to set a custom pre-load for olympic/EZ bars or adjustable dumbbells so we only have to count weight plates.

Pretty good app. Would be great if you good add to the workout movemeny options so I don't have to create so many. But I would really appreciate it if you could make the buttons bigger for inputting the weight and repetitions completed for each set. It's sometimes difficult to correctly input the correct numbers when your hands are shaking and your fingers aren't working the best after completing a set.

I really loved the app initially but as soon as I got to know that you can create only 3 custom workout templates, I was let down! I went on to see the prices for pro membership but they are way too high for a student like myself. They could have given atleast 6 workout templates in the free version, if not the other stuff. That would be really helpful.

Absolutely fantastic app. It's really obvious that the developers work out themselves, because it has almost everything you'd want before, during and after a workout! I would like to request a feature to really enhance the app: the option to use reps-in-reserve (RIR) as an alternative to RPE. It's pretty easy to calculate 10-minus-RPE to get RIR, but for someone who only uses RIR, it would be nice to just have that instead rather than do the mental calculation every time. Thank you to the Strong team!

I do like this app, it's very good. I have only had a look at the free version and set myself some workouts. I like the variation and how it has images showing you what to do. My only criticism is not being able to add your own exercises. I wanted to add tricep kickbacks but I cannot see the option to do this anywhere. I figured I could add my own & name it, but you can't. It's a very simple feature you'd think this app would have; not sure why it doesn't have it. There are no forearm workouts!

Really great app. I use it everytime I work out and live it for the most part - however, there are software issues that are insanely frustrating and happen everytime I work out. The app freaks out. Randomly opens other apps on my phone. Can't seem to close the app because my phone is registering random touches all over the screen. Really, really frustrating to deal with!

Great app, however I wish there were a way to exclude some sets from your E1RM calculation. Doing a set of 20 will basically ruin your E1RM PRs forever. For example I did a set of 20 deadlifts with 330 and now it thinks I can deadlift almost 700 pounds, so I'll never set another E1RM PR in the app

I've been using this app for a year and it has kept me motivated throughout but the app could do with some updates since I pay a monthly fee. It would be nice if you can change the colour on the calender to show the difference from cardio and weight lifting and show this on the bar graph widget. Also looking back at history it would good if there was a line to divide each week. When I start a workout, the app runs through so when I deadlift and I'm going to input value it shows me seated rows.

Really like the App so far. Haven't been able to try out the Pro Features since price is a little high, but the free version is pretty good. The only things missing are cable attachments and grip options as well as an incline for walks/runs. This App so far is really useful and incorporates well with Google fit!!

This app is amazing! It's very easy and intuitive to use. Comes with a plethora of options for a customized experience. One thing I would like to recommend is that the developer's add a way to stack the templates together like a folder. That would be a better way to organize the workout routines I follow/create.

Excercises should be categorised. It is difficult to find them from huge list of exercises. While doing workout it consumes lot of time. If there is my legs day there is should be a seprate list of legs exercises same as shoulder, biceps etc. If some one wants mix those exercises then there should be an option to do the same.App is very good, deserves 5 star but after mentioned update.

Does what it says but needs one simple feature upgrade, to enter new workouts on a laptop, instead of on the phone which is tedious if you change workouts regularly, as I'm sure most people do.
