- get the opportunity to choose your institution, it does not necessarily mean that the institution is ready to use the app.

Fails to update the picture when you get a new one, which reduces this app to two stars because that's literally one of two functions this app has. Fix your stuff.
I could not log in with the same username and password from phone that I am using to log into my laptop. Can you fix it?
It is very helpful
It keeps saying I don't have a valid semester fee, I have to update it for my valid receipt to show. Then after switching between apps it says I don't have a valid fee again
there is no barcode except for a brief second when I open the app in the top left corner, but my picture quickly overlaps it.
I can't even use the app, it crashes when I open it.

Bad application.... No more knows the app......
UiO is not one of the available institutions so this app is useless for me. It would have been helpful to know this before installing the app. Perhaps a list of participating institutions in the description?

Loved it
The app did not want to log me in during a ticket inspection and threw and error. This resulted in a 150 NOK fee. The fact that this unreliable app is used by universities baffles me. But hey it logged me in 2 hours later. Still had to pay the fee though... Have to go back to physical ID after this.
