For example, your homework might be to write a “Dolphins Research Paper”, you can create 2 Sub Tasks: “Research about Dolphins” & “Writeup ✏️”. As you complete each of these Subtasks, the progress of “Dolphins Research Paper” will automatically update.
Notes Quickly Create and Capture Unlimited number of Notes, and further customize them by picking any of the colours provided. Later when you’re done with them you can achieve them for later-viewing.
Task Widgets: You can use a widget to view today's tasks, a week's tasks, a month's tasks, or all tasks.
⏲️ Deadline Reminders: You can set a Reminder to be notified anytime about any upcoming Tasks or Nots, so you will never miss a deadline – leading to better time management; more time for you!

This app is great. Clean UI and easy to set and plan my classes. Full time job and full time school so staying organized is key for me. You can color code your classes, set due dates, reminders and search by class, due date or type of assignment (i.e reading, presentation, quiz, etc.) My only gripe is when the reminder pops up, it lists everything except the class which is sort of annoying. But it lets me know whats due and the type of assignment at least. I didn't see any settings to change it. Either way, great freaking app and I like this better than the few others out there that I tried. I plan to use until I finish school.
When quarantine started I was struggling to maintain a good schedule for my classes. I've tried so many different apps, but none were really that good, or require me to spend money and/or watch ads. This app does none of that and offers quite a bit, it helped me maintain a good schedule and I got my rhythm back. It's easy to use, offers dark mode, and has no limit as to how many classes you can add. I would honestly suggest this app to anyone that doesn't really care for those pesky ads.
I've been using this for a pretty long time and now I'm irritated 1. you need internet access to save any task 2. App is very laggy when it has a lot of tasks 3. It lacks certain features. In my opinion this three things just ruins the convinience that you'll be looking for in a planner and thinking about it makes it an obstruction to the tasks you need to do.
This app is great and is really easy to use but the only negative thing is that if you want to add your weekly reoccurring schedule in, so students that have set university lecture times- you cannot. There is no option for reoccurring. All events are one-offs which means that you have to add those same class times every single day if you want to have your schedule set within this app.
Sometimes the task wont save/will be doubled so you need to restart the app. Then it would be better if the overdues that are done will not be displayed in 'overdue' section anymore but instead in done section, so we could easily focus and not need to scroll through.
It's very very good until it isn't. It's everything someone could want until you get to a point (but it sounds like I'm the only one having this problem) and can't add any more tasks (even with deleting the backlog of completed tasks) I'll try redownloading and give an edit if that makes it work again.
I just recently downloaded the app and there is no check button for the addition of a new task. Please fix this. [Edit] Yes, there is the plus button on the All tab but upon putting the things needed like the course, time and notes, there is no check button to confirm the addition of the task [Edit] Thank you! I've found it already.
+ helpful and intuitive + possibility to assign a type to a task is very helpful - When creating a task the input field will automatically focus when you change the task type, due date or reminder. This causes the keyboard to pop up every time and I find this quite annoying - I'd love to be able to set an estimate of how much time a task will need to complete - adding a course code is mandatory. At my uni we don't have course codes however. Adding class times would be a good option too I think.
There is no point of signing in with your Google account it does not save anything. I had to reinstall app because it kept crashing and would not let me add new tasks. I reinstalled and signed in with the same google account as before and none of my tasks or courses were saved. If you are a busy college student or high school student this app is a complete waste of your time unless you have time to put in a semesters worth of assignment,project,quiz,and exam dates for several classes constantly.
The app is great. But could you add an tick box option to add a start date. So it can show up on the calendar over a set period of days. E.g revision week/weekend and catch days or anything else. That would be amazing. Thank you for reading my review/comment.
I love this app! Great layout and very intuitive to use. The only bug I've had is that sometimes tasks are crossed off before they are finished. Please fix this bug, this is the best planner app I've used and would love to continue using it!
Since 20/01/2021 update, the app has just been a white screen. Restarting device and even deleting and reinstalling the app didn't work. I see other reviews for this version mention this problem, which renders the app useless. I will update my review when this issue is fixed. Edit: clearing app data solved the problem, thanks for the help :) Thank you for making a good quality and ad-free app!
I'd say this app is very good, youcan set reminders and due dates. However the obly reason I don't give 5stars is because you can't make reminders to do things you know you have to do everyday. You have to make a due date. When I just want a reminder to do my homework.
Please add a functionality to manage Time Table too and also an option to make reminders repeat periodically.. I am changing my 5 star rating to 4 because of the new update bug that it shows white screen on opening. I have seen in your reply on other comments that it can be fixed by clearing app data but then I will lose all the reminders I have already set.. I dont even remember some of them now. Apart from the issue mentioned above, I love your application..thanks a lot for keeping this free
I LOVE this app. It really helps me organize my school work effectively AND THE NEW UPDATE IS AMAZING!!!! it always bothered me that I couldn't organize my class by chronological order, so I sent a feedback to the developer about it and with the new update I can do just that, so thank you app developer for listening to my feedback!!!
Lacks a lot of stuff. Here is some of it: when you go to courses there should be a number on the top right on the color of the course indicating how many tasks you have left. You should be able to set what days you have what courses and then be able to set your homework for the next time you have a course (not choose a day everytime).
Works great! The only thing i dont like is how when i complete an assignment it stays on my task list until after the due date. It confuses me because i look at my To-Do and i see everything i need to do + stuff i have already done. It would be better if the task disappeared after being completed.
Loving the app, very easy to use and add task to my calendar. The only thing I would like to see, would be the ability to add task online. If I'm using my laptop to take notes, it would be super easy to load the website and add a new task.
Drains battery a lot. Its useful but feels hard to set up a schedule. Forces you to add a course number and other categories even if invalid or not needed. Feels inefficient. I'm reluctant to keep it installed If it's so inefficient.
This app would get a 10 out of 5 from me if the widget allowed different views and had more setting options! I put 4 months worth of assignments on it and all of it shows at once on the widget! I mean if it had a daily view where you can see the things for today or a week view to see upcoming things it qould be very nice! But now i have to delete it because of that because it does not have what i need!
I used to procrastinate and leave my homework to the last minute but putting all my homework into this app helped me so much! I haven't turned in one homework late this year so I am very pleased with this. I recommend to secondary school students to keep up with studies and homework because you can set a reminder to do it on your phone (which I'm always on) so I always know when to do it. Hope I helped :)
Widget and recurring event options need to be added. I love a clean interface like this, and it's the only homework app I've found that is actually attractive. But it falls short.
It would be great if the app could notify me - sort of like an alarm - when I have scheduled a task. I don't know if it's a bug but I don't get notifications even on my task bar. Please fix that. Thank you.
It does what it's supposed to and is super simple which I love. This app isn't crammed with schedules and timetables. It's just a minimalistic work planner. Would totally recommend if this is what you're looking for. Thank you!
Awesome app especially for online learning. Something to make this app 5 stars would be including the option to add details to your courses, like uploading a syllabus. Also, incorperating terms to keep courses more organized. This app provides a good snapshot at what a student needs to know.
Good so far I have not worked with the app very long. Suggestion: When I copy and paste the website link to my assignment "notes" area it would be nice if the app recognized the link and automatically created a hyperlink to my online assignment page.
I am not happy with this new update I want to be able to see all my stuff I need to do in the upcoming not just a week. And then to add insult they throw the stuff thats due later IN THE ALL TAB. This makes me need to scroll all the way down to see what my assignments are needed to do. I liked being able to just take a quick glance at what I need to do and that being that. I will be using a different app until this is fixed or an option is given.Edit to response: didnt fix it change the app back
This one is unique, you could have reminders for your subtasks which is good but I'd be better if it had widgets and you could attach files on your tasks and subtasks. I'd buy the premium if I have to for the betterment of this app. Good job 👍🏻
If I'm honest, I quite like the app. From its simple look to its system of subtasks, it is possible to organise multiple courses of study. If I may make a suggestion or two, this app could use a repeat function, in order to generate consecutive tasks due at the same time at regular intervals. And I am disappointed that the reminder notifications do not consistently appear on the phone unless you open the app itself. What is the point of a task reminder if it doesn't remind you? 3 stars.
