New phone having problems with this program now. I replaced my old phone with the same model and phone number and all of the sudden this app no longer works or wants to collect data as it was before. It worked perfectly before, so I'm really disappointed that it won't work now. Viewpoints still works fine just not this one. It won't let me give it permission to collect data within the app or in the app settings, just tells me to uninstall it now. What's up with that?!
Got paid twice but now I keep getting a message saying that the study is paused for me even though nothing has changed. I have not turned off the app's permission for usage and kept the app updated, so I'm not sure what could possibly have caused it to stop running. I tried getting in contact with support but it's been nearly 3 days and I haven't heard from anyone.
Since installing this app my phone has consistently drained battery and takes forever to charge. This has never been an issue until the day after I downloaded it and it became very apparent. I've not installed any additional apps since this so I know the change is directly from this. If not the view points that led me to this app. Hoping after deleting, my phone will go back to normal.
I as well keep getting emails saying the app has been paused. Though my phone is active and on all day. I've kept up to date with the new updates I've tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app as well. The status icon seems be blue looks like it indicates that its active. There isnt any user controls or anything to help any of these problems. I contacted and email back and got the answer of all the things I've already done.
Had to download this for Facebook Viewpoints. I uninstalled because it was linking to a friend's device because I was using her wifi hotspot. A few days later, when I got more data I tried to download again and it wouldn't let me. I don't mind harvesting my own data nlbit connecting to my friend's device is a little bit intrusive and from what I saw there is no setting to turn it off.
It was working well until I got a new phone. Tried to change over, it wouldn't let me log in. After a few months of trying it finally got me in - and said I am no longer a participant. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but was unable to get reactivated. It worked well while it lasted.
I've had the App downloaded for a little over a month now and so far it's done great. it's doesn't slow my phone down any nor does it start up and freeze my phone up every time I turn it on, I really haven't noticed if I'm receiving less spam or not, but I do notice I'm not seeing as many annoying ads . I'm glad to be able to share my online habits with Facebook to better the whole online experience and getting paid to do it is a plus to! Great App Facebook 👍
This app was great until it wasn't... All I had to do was let it run and I'd have money sent to my PayPal... Suddenly it said I had to log in again so I tried to and then I tried again and again and again!!! It won't send me the link to my email to confirm my info and yes, I've checked all my folders .. all of them!!! I can't figure out what the problem is and I'm steady missing time hooked up to the app which with this app it's also losing me money!!! Help please and I'll change it to 5 stars!
I downloaded this app two months ago, I personally don't care about my data collection from Facebook or any of it's affiliated applications. I didn't do anything for the past two months, I've received both of my pay outs via PayPal. They recently just did another study that was more involved. It required you to give them permission to use your friends list to incorporate there names into the phrases to say. It was quick, easy, and the payout on that one was instant. No complaints here! 👍🏾
I got dropped from the program even though my settings for the app was correct. A few days ago I received an email about with tips. I checked and it was set correctly already. My settings for the app have never changed. Now I'm dropped and told to Uninstall the app. There's no support email on the app or help pages.
I've had viewpoints & study app on my phone for probably close to a year now, it's been great cause they pay more for data than others. Plus, for a while they were sending some fun & decent $ task. I notice a week or so ago neither app is opening up. If they were done, I would think I would get an email or something. I feel like I've been dumped by an Immature dude. What's up!??
This has been highly unexpected. Yes, I get paid fairly frequently. Probably weekly at the least. However, I just upgraded my phone and had to reinstall all of my apps. This wo t send me the co formation email so it is no longer active. Easily 5 stars once I can get some help because I can't find any customer service support contact where I actually get a reply.
Well, lately I have encountered situations with notices popping up on the screen stating that the app is having some problem. So, I sent the error to the tech team. I have not received anymore errors, so the problem must be solved and if their is anything I can do to help the situation, let me know, thank you. Instantaneously, the app was corrected and possibly enhanced for a better view. Thank u tech for ur knowledge and now "Study" can continue to operate efficiently.
It was great, I've gotten many paypal cash outs from this. But today I got assuage saying I needed to login again, and to enter the code from confirmation email. I've tried several times,and have not received the confirmation email,no matter how many times I request! Cannot find a way to contact anyone or troubleshoot. Help!
This is an excellent app. I have been a member since the end of March and have received $5 every month since April for having app installed on my phone. It doesn't interfere with the function of my phone either. Occasionally I will get another $5 study that involves pronouncing names and phrases. No long boring surveys to complete only to be disqualified towards the end. $5 or $10 per month sent directly to pay pal. My only suggestion would be to offer more programs.
It is excellent, clear and straightforward. It is easy to do, the information are useful, does not sharing information to others or intrude into people's privacy. It is highly confidential, it's has a clearer pictures of things happening around one or location. It helps you analyse better, it is educative and informative. It helps in meeting lost friend by bringing them close contact to one. It's all about connectivity and networking people and things. The experience is very positive impact one

I like this app alot. You must allow your location then the app runs in the background, collecting your Facebook data. I am rewarded every other week just for allowing that. The app notifies me if there are any other programs to join, which I do. Easy to use and understand. Thank you.
This app was amazing. All I had to do was leave it running in the background, and they'd send money to my PayPal. Until one day, they said the program was done and to Uninstall the app.. I wish it lasted longer or had another one to start after this one ended!
I have been with the program for a very long time and always followed the terms of service. All I did is switch to a new device. I constantly had login issues and you kept logging me out of Facebook. I contacted customer support multiple times with zero responses. I just see now that you removed me from the study program. What is going on? All of my credentials are legitimate. Same Facebook account, same login email. This isn't right. I did not violate any terms and I request reinstatement.
Amazing app. It actually pays you, unlike similar apps where you have to take 100s of surveys and/or jump through 50 hoops to not ever be paid a single cent. For the program I'm in now, you literally don't have to do anything but use your Facebook like normal. I've been in this program since midsummer and have made nearly $100 from just letting it run. Occasionally you have to do speech programs, but it's never anything difficult. I will continue to use until I am no longer allowed.
Yeah you don't have to do much with this app it does it all on its own adding up points every couple of weeks and then pays you out on whatever platform you want to be paid out on very easy doesn't bother your phone or slow it down or kind of really do anything
Can't log on. I've been logged in for EVER with no issues. Now all of a sudden I have to log in again and it says it is sending a link to my email, and never does. Super frustrating bc I really enjoyed all the studies I was a part of and now I'm stuck. Otherwise would be 5 stars
This is absolutely an amazing app but above all it's complete legit. I just let it run and it does all the work for me. I've already received a $10 payment. Unlike other apps where you do hundreds of surveys and you get absolutely nothing but some lousy points that you can't do anything with. I will continue to use this app until they don't let me use it anymore. I haven't been given any tasks yet but I can't wait to see what lies ahead. Kudos Facebook you rose to the top once again! ☺️
It's been super easy to have this app on my phone. I earn 500 points a week and after I get 1000 points, I get $5 deposited to my PayPal account. My only issue is how long the payment takes to deposit into my PayPal. It can take up to 7 days after receiving the reward before it deposits so it's definitely not a fast process but, it's completely passive income. I do nothing other than use my phone normally and I get paid. What's not to love? 😁
It was great for about the first month lots of opportunities to earn the 500 points then it all just stopped and now I only get 500 every two weeks. But hey it still adds up. Update 2/17/22 now it keeps sending me emails saying it's nolonger connected and I'll lose it if I don't reconnect it so I click on the link and it goes to the play store where I click open and it goes to study where it says I'm currently sharing so why it keeps saying I'm not. probably how they boot folks off the program
Since the update to Android 12, Study uses significant amounts of CPU running in the background of my Pixel 5. This can cause serious system instability and often results in my phone overheating and/or running very slow. Previously i have had no problems with this app.
I love EVERYTHING about this whole app(FB study, viewpoints, etc..). It's simple to install, effortlessly accessible, straightforward with requirements, easy to navigate, incredibly uncomplicated to participate in studies and surveys, painless to discontinue participation in said study|survey(s), and to top it all off.. Payment is sent straight to your PayPal! Couldn't be anymore satisfied with my experience with this app!
Awesome experience with surveys and voice recordings for ITS voice systems to help update new and older programs, they pay well. Just wish they'd offer programs more frequently and pay out a little faster than up to 10 days. But to be fair I've only had this app for about 3 or so months and I've made $45 through PayPal so far doing surveys, etc. So I really can't complain.
I don't mind app on my phone at all. I actually forget about it until I suddenly have a bunch of reward points added to my Viewpoints reward account. My phone doesn't mess up or have any problems functioning, and it still loads just as fast as it did before I installed it. So far so good, they've never not rewarded me my points. Good app. Trustworthy in my opinion.
