Won't stay up long enough to even watch a quarter of a video through without pausing 4 or 5 times. It won't save your password and each time it says couldn't find a connection. I have the fastest internet possible. Not the issue guys. This is a paid app subscription!! Love the material provided but I am going to have to cancel. I expected better service from Study Gateway! So disappointing 😞
Great stuff for a new convert really starting to dig.
Just a few short years ago, this was my most favorite app. I had so many Bible studies saved, that I was doing, and I was gladly willing to pay the $7.99 per month because I was that happy with all that was made available. All of a sudden, and without warning, all of my stored studies were gone, I can't even sign in, I keep getting an error message. I have attempted to contact them several times, to no avail, and im still getting charged the $7.99 monthly fee with no way to reach anyone.
This app is so hard to log into. I keep getting error messages. When I log in.. Nothing!! And then my studies disappear. I don't know what's going on, but this app seems to have a lot of malfunction. I enjoy this app very much, that is, when it is working properly. Please help..
This app don't seem to be working correctly. Nothing shows up on any of the categories, just a blank screen. Only thing that shows & plays are my history videos i watched on the website.
Black home screen, poorly organized menu, no My List when a video series is added to My List... Difficult nabigation. Disappointing ... But great videos available if you can find what you're looking for.

Love this study and app! So many resources to choose from, excellent teaching and commentators, and new stuff all the time. I use this app at night when I can't sleep.
The app was working great until today. I can't get any of the videos to play. Very frustrating!! I'm paying for something that does work consistently, that's not ok. Please fix this issue!
I've only had tech issues one time thus far and customer service was really responsive when I messaged through the site and they got me right back up and going.
Its very frustrating whenever I put the name of a book or author in the search box it doesn't do anything. Its upsetting, ive been looking for an app like this
When I try to search the categories; ie New Releases, Most Popular, etc. all I get is a black screen. Can someone please tell me how to alleviate this? I really want to like and use this app.
People just use the webite!!!!! for me I haven't had the problems with the website that I had with the app. The app yes is a mess period!

I absolutely love Study Gateway!! I haven't had it for very long, but there are so many studies and videos to choose from. All for a low cost each month. I could have bought 2 or 3 Bible study books for the cost of this and they would not be a exciting or interesting without the videos. I think this is the best app I have found yet. Thank you Study Gateway for helping me to learn and grow in my walk with JESUS!!🙏🏼👸✝️🤠
