Had no problems doing what I wanted on the app. Things I did with transfers and whatnot were smooth and easy. Easy to set up! Easy to use!
I use to get alerts when money was withdrawn or credited to my account and now I don't. I've deleted and reinstalled the app and it doesn't change
Glitches a lot and not much functionality other than viewing balances and transferring funds between accounts.
The app was great now it crashes all the time. Says I don't have network connectivity, when I do get in the app continues to run after closing the app. Have to go in and manually force stop the app. Not sure what was "fixed" but it's getting on my nerves. Seeming very unreliable.
Terrible. Everytime you opwn the app it acts as though you cannot touch anything. Cannot click the area in which i need to put my password in. If i close the app and come back to it later it will sometimes correct itself.
Shouldn't need to put on dark surface. Shouldn't have to hand write for deposit only. A check mark in box denoting for dep only. Is legally enough. Finally if the deposit is confirmed it should not be reversed several minutes or hours later. An email or text notification is much more effective for me to receive. Voice mail isn't at all effective.
Great bank but the app (which I loved at first) has started to crash when I try to access it for balance information. I literally have to uninstall and re-install it for it to allow me to sign in. Decidedly inconvenient.
Liked app initially but no longer works. Had a samsung a10e and it would try to load then just close. Have new samsung 22+ and it will open up to to white screen with app logo but never goes any further

This has been a huge disappointment. Last year I was forced to purchase a new phone because Sturgis Bank decided my 2 year old Android Samsung phone was obsolete. Now, I have a 1 year old phone and same thing is happening.
Its awesome and so convenient. Only thing I can suggest is to have a place for when you do transfers you can put a Note with it to say why you did the transfer.
I love the app. I love that you can deposit a check by just taking a picture. I just don't like how i have to answer all the security questions every time I go to log in. I wish I could just log in and that's it.
Works on phone. Not on any computer. I have been waiting 3 weeks to get this fixed. Nick from St Joe has been assisting
Would like to be able to make a principal only payments on loans through the app, instead of having to go to the desktop version of the website.
1) app Doesn't show total of all accounts, 2) you can't make a payment on just the principal of a mortgage through the app.
this app has helped me so much in noticing everything that happens with my bank accounts. I have truly appreciated this and the security I get with this app thank you

This app is junk. Just says cannot verify credentials. Where are the developers or maintenance???

Loved the App originally was easy to navigate and use to transfer money, pay bills, ect. Recently app crashes alot and freezes up. Most recently I can't even open the app it shows a warning that states the app has privacy and security violations and is shut down? Very sad that I cant use anymore...
