99% poor customer care service. Becareful when you invest on this platform because you're at the whims and caprices of the customer care who can choose not to respond to your complaints and there is no body to hold for that. I have lost funds to this platform. Sometimes when I recharge via the app, the recharge will not get to me yet my money has been deducted. When I chatted the customer care, they refused to respond to the complaints. A person I referred has just had a similar experience.
I think this app and sub9ja is becoming a scam. Sub9ja web scammed me of my 4k simply because i forgot my password, and all effort to retrieve it was abortive. I downloaded the app and re-registered. but for the pass 4days now, i could not do anything with the app. I could not buy airtime, could not buy data could not do anyrhing. My money is just stuck there. I decided to log out and log in again, its telling me my password is not corrcet. Scam
It's a good app except that the support session is not active and that's the most terrible thing. They wouldnt respond to any complaint. Funnily enough, the support line has long been switched off. Until the support attend to my complaints and rectify my payment issue, you wil remain 1star. Even the customer care Whatsapp's last seen was since friday 10am. How absurd! Email sent since yersterday havent been replied. If u arent ready for real biz, why not close up?
The issue I have with you guys is regarding Bank deposit, if you can't afford to attend to them remove it from your app. I always encounter problems with your extremely slow response to wallet funding via bank transfer. please resolve it then I will give you 5 stars. Thank you
it's a scam app, the public should take note, more than a month now my money has been hanging in the air, I make deposits and my wallet is not credited, the support refused to reply any of my messages and the phone number there is always switched off, if I could give zero star I would have done so gladly
worst app ever...I tried to Load my wallet through paystack last week Tuesday,after I have been debited by my bank,received a mail from sub9ja that payment has been received and my wallet is still empty and worst customer service,I called the customer service count less times..it either it not available,switched off and if they eventually pick they will tell me to send my details and still the payment has not reflected on my wallet
This app is worst. I don't even know why it was recommended. I funded my account with 465 naira using the flutterwave gateway but i didn't know it was down. I have been calling every day since that time but they did nothing. Everyday i call, different pple re always answering the phone. so annoying.๐คจ
This is the best app in the whole of google play store.... If only i can make the star 100 stars i would.... I love the way the agents take their time to interact with you when you call them..... God knows "Sub9ja" deserves am award not just for been fast in delivering of very cheap services or for having the best agent who can intarect with customers, But for designing this beautiful app that is 100% realiable. I hope one day to be successful as you guys! I TRULY LOVE SUB9JA โค
Would have given more stars but I get to wait long before getting my wallet funded even after transferring to you guys.. Most times, I have to call or text d customer care. That's the only complain I've got and it gets tiring Response should be faster than this
Your app is good and efficient. I would want you to improve on your customer care service center. Your call centres do not answer calls, not only that improve on your app so that numbrs can be uploaded directly from phone contact. Adewale.
I'm not happy with the Admin of this platform. I have funded my wallet since yesterday and my wallet was not credited. I have been calling their customer care line and even sent text messages. no response. What's going on? Please.
I gave them 5* before but am deducting 4* now this is because i sent 2gb glo data in February the person doesn't receive any data till now, again i sent 5gb Airtel Data but she received only 3.5 i talked to admins many times but till now they haven't refund my wallet. infact if there's 0* i can give you.

Since i started using this app i must confess that sub9ja are the very best even though they fail at times...sub9ja i want to tell you to continue the good works..thanks thumbs up...i dey follow una for back..hope to be successful like you guys one day smiles
Their customer service is very poor, they don't reply to complaints, they don't pick calls nor respond to messages when you have problem with the app.
This app is a gateway used to cheat nigerians. I have money in my wallet and they deducted the money without any reason. I complained to their customer service representative but they didn't give a reason for the deduction and yet my money was not reverse. Therefore, i will like to drow the attention of the google play store managent to remove this app from their store
Scams,theives app always malfunctions always one problem or the other made payments and they took the money but didnt get what i paid for...dont waste your mb downloading.
The app is awesome,not until last week I try buying data, but unfortunate for me it couldn't load data bundle plan, please try and rectify this issue thanks
I don't know why I would purchase data bundles and Never get it, even after several calls to the agents, it was not rectified and my account debited
when using this App just pray your money don't get stuck while funding your E wallet. sub 9ja will not even give a listening ๐ I'm a victim of it. calls upon calls no response, messages upon messages all to no avail.
This app is very good except that when it get to some stages it will tell to have internet connection even when your data connection is on.
I am very happy that my Issue of 3GB has been resolved. Thank you Admin. After a long talk with the Admin the admin made me understand that the problem was network issues. Sub9ja Rock.
Your customer care service is really really poor, very arrogant when responding to complaints, most times they won't even pick calls for a complete day and when they do they will ask you to forward the complaint to their WhatsApp or go online to the site to chat them up, severally I 've done that but before one gets their attention you have to suffer, burn your credit before it will be rectified. I am a very good customer of yours, bought data more than N2 million from your platform.......
i am not happy at all, i load my wallet on sunday and my account was debited meanwhile my wallet was not credited till today and also i sub for someone it shows successful from my own side and the recipient did not receive it

This people are very wicked, jst download d app and see d wicked thing they will do to you in your first month of using the app. I seriously do not recommend sub9ja for you. Their support never replies, same with there whatsapp customer care service. The woman will jst snub u

The customer care are always slow to respond. Most of the times, they don't pick calls, they don't respond to chat. Even after the upgrade, the chat is worst... They don't credit your account of time when you make a bank transfer. I only wish i can get a better app with a quick response customer care.. Even the man incharged of the sub9ja does not have courtesy to customers Change
