Fantastic app! Totally worth the money. I don't normally write reviews but felt compelled to do so. I needed a short term rental for work and my corporate relocation dept recommended using this app. Found a perfect place. Sublet fee is far less than I would have paid an agent and far more efficient!
Sublet is a well organized site that helped me find a multi-month rental. There were numerous listings that met my criteria, thus giving me a choice to find my temporary home. I would recommend using sublet as a less expensive alternative to air bnb.
It seems the same properties posting incessantly back to back. It is hard to sort to the actual new postings because of the few that keep posting over and over. Other subletting apps are better at marshalling this. Use Zillow & Realtor. Uninstalling
Not great Messaging feature doesn't work. Pictures you post for your property always move out of order. The app sometimes replaces words on your posting with other words without your consent.
This app is great for furnished rentals. Most listings are free but you may want to register and pay the $10 or so fee to contact some landlords. I registered and it worked for me!!
There has to be a better way to make money than charging people for something that can also be accomplished free of charge through other sources. Taking advantage of the stupid or pricing out the impoverished? Either way its immoral. If those two reasons appeal to you however, then by all means download and use this app with the $20 upgrade so you can call anyone listed rather than only those who have paid a premium to allow anyone to contact them. I cant comment from the offering side.
Great Service and Great app. Everything is intuitive and fast, had a lot of control in searches and found a place in no time. Highly recommend it.
There are ads all over the website, making this app look very unprofessional. The only way to see any messages in your inbox (if there are any) is to pay for it. Seems like they are holding my "messages" for ransom.
Not much for options for a paid app/site. Search function isnt that great either. I wouldnt waste your money, there are plenty of free ones with the same plus more options.
Hello, I am afraid you are kidding me. I have filled in all fields, including a long "motivation letter". Then your app decided not to approve my phone number, which is absolutely correct. I keept trying many silly improvments of MY phone number. Nothing helped. So that I had to go back without savong my long and thorough "motovation letter". Sorry, but this is not OK! No reason to get the paid version. I am simply erasing your app.
Absolutely terrible app, seems like it was designed during the Dark Ages. And this site is a scam, you pay for the ads and there are absolutely no hits at all. Just use Craigslist and don't get milked with these guys for "upgrades"

this app is useless. it gives you the "supposed" free listings but unless you upgrade you can not contact the landlord. App's make the mistake of thinking bc its the internet and its site unseen that they can lie too, be dishonest or try to deceive you.
App was straightfoward to use, had an issue with posting my listing but support was very nice and offered free premium as compensation. Plan to use again
App is completely janky. After answering all the arbitrary questions it requires a paid upgrade. I'm good. App is so cumbersome I have no doubt I'd regret paying anything for it.

This app is amazing, I found the apartment I was looking for. Definitely recommended if you looking for a place.
Unfortunately I have not been able to even open this app...which is a total bummer cause I could really use it right now...I need to move asap...and in need of help to find a place to go

you can't communicate with landlords unless you buy the upgraded version which is a ridiculousprice... .app is basically useless.
I love Sublet!! I am always moving around for work and I can always rely on Sublet to match me with the right landlords who I know I can trust. with their landlord trusted system, I know I am always in good hands. Listing information is easy to read and right where I need it to be. Great job!
Not a lot of selection. When I entered my search criteria, I got 2 results (in the greater Los Angeles/Orange County area. Apparently, because the listings were posted by free members (like me) that's all I can see. I had to upgrade to $20 premium membership to view them or see premium listings (if there even any to see). How about letting a free member view ALL listings, then letting us choose to upgrade if We want at that time? This app is useless to me as it is now.
