[Substratum] VKCustomize2 Lite

Requires Substratum and custom ROM with OMS or Android O!
Also, this doesn't do anything to music.

Changing colors in VK app. 5.X supported.

Total: 71 colors!
In Lite version, only one color from each collection is available.
