I cannot load English to unicode sub srt files. It crashes every time. Any help available?

I don't know what's wrong with others, but this app works for me like a charm! I successfully converted subtitle fps from 23 (bluray) to 25 (dvd). Thank you!

Good one.. Easy editing. Free without ads. Great for changing Fps, 23 (bluray) to 25 (dvd), vice versa, adding delay is smoothly done. Does exactly what it says. 5/5

I tried to change fps in subtitle, I apply the change, and save the subtitles, but when I go check the fps remains unchanged
