Very slow to load. Validates items to order every time you open an order, takes 1-5 mins every time you go back and forth. Launch app takes 6 mins every time. I use at 2 stores and it the same at both. I open the app and walk away to close the register and when I come back it's still validating.

The app is overall pretty great. My only issue, which is kind of a big one, is that no matter what I do it will NOT let me change my delivery days. I've uninstalled, deleted the app's files, restarted my phone, re-installed the app and it still won't work. That's extremely frustrating. I've seen 3-4 updates but nothing is helping this particular issue.

The ordering for deliveries is frustrating. The lag times when clicking any buttons is pretty long to me for today's technology. I actually timed it at 5-8 seconds after clicking for any response. Also frequent crashes and completely unresponsive buttons. This makes ordering days stressful wondering if you're going to encounter a problem that could potentially make you miss the deadline. I've tried on 4 separate devices and it's only the ordering part of the app. Weekly inventory is awesome.

continuos updating during use causes numerous crashes and takes longer than it should to do orders and inventory. Having to constantly change inventory items with almost every update is very annoying as changes should be able to be loaded from cloud. It is a good concept and IMO was better shortly after introduced before all updates as of lately. My hope is that it will get back to the ease of use that it once was.

over all app is a good concept but I just wish it was more customizable, I'd like to set the icons up or delete the ones I don't need ,and them not show back up the next time I use the app. glitchy and I have issues with it loading or freezing...takes forever it you click something by mistake , also does not match up with post quantities and prices.

If y'all ever see me throw my phone across the store, run to get it and throw it again, it will be because of Subventory. Idea is great- been waiting for loading for 15 minutes, gave up. Also if the last item I counted was tuna, there's a good chance the next will be turkey. I do not need to go back to top each time! And why do some areas have cases, pans, or pounds but others don't? I think it would be great if it would load and not pause so long between items. Edit: Dumped 7 gb, no change. Again its a great idea, needs work. Every pause everytime a button is pushed adds up. And auto scrolling back to top shouldn't be a thing. Let it stay where you were last & add a back to top button (esp. for order screen).

The app needs a lot of improvement for a busy restaurant owner. You are constantly bombarded every time you change the screen by this message prompt to see the message center. Now we are forced to do orders through here and many times the back button or simple operations bring you all the way back to the beginning or the start of a list. I'm pretty sure the designer is not a user or Subway restaurant owner because that person would know how inconvenient many of these things are.

Reminds me of Microsoft Windows... a great concept: one piece of software to do everything.... just none of it well. The dumped data is especially nice. Lack of answers is even better. Oh and let's not forget about inability to upload or transmit. Other than that, it's just swell.

I love how much easier it makes doing all my ordering and inventory. I would give 5 stars if it didn't erase where and how I set it up. My products were on there, but it had me running around my stores counting sauces and then cleaning products in the middle of counting chips. I re-setup how I want it, I just hope it sticks.

I have been this app for more than 2 years now and let me tell you this app has made my life a lot easier. When I was doing inventory manually it was taking me good 4 to 5 hours and a lot of errors. With SubVentory I am done within an hour. I love the ordering feature also. It is super easy and helps me to order only what I need. Their Support is also 5 star. I have called multiple times for some small issues and it was taken care within minutes.

I have been using the app to inventory for 2 months now, as well as doing the truck order. The app keeps crashing when I try to save settings. Today it wouldn't let me place an order at all on my huawei, so I had to use the cheep store tablet that takes 5 minutes to load anytime you do something. If they are forcing us to use this program, at least make it usable.

The idea is good, and when it works its awesome, but unfortunately it still has a long way to go. can't log back in to order truck today, Monday had issues trying to log in. and of course, because of the app, I can't order directly from DC anymore. hopefully they get it back up and running in time for us to be able to order our trucks on time...but I'm not going to hold my breath....

Used for a few years now. Can say i love it, but it is easer then taking inventory on paper. And now we can order new supplies we must use it. The experince of the last two days have been vary negitive. The crashes, i understand have been fixed, and having to use "sugestive ordering" thats a joke. I have no idea how it is calculated. But i got no veggies and like every chip and b.i.b. in the book. And just stuff i dont even order like mozzerla.

Unfortunately, I don't have a choice about using this app. But it's horrible. Constantly freezes and kicks me out. I have tried uninstalling and downloading again. Still the same issues. I have even reached out to zippy yum and all they tell me is uninstall and download again. Um, thanks for nothing.

This is a terrible app, if I didn't have to use it for work I would gladly uninstall it. It takes at least a minute to open and often more. It is constantly refreshing or reloading. It doesn't remember any settings

This app takes up a ton of room on my phone, is slow as hell to use, stops and crashes constantly, and is much, much more complicated than it needs to be. I'm required to use it for my job, but most of the time I'd rather just count everything manually. I really want to like it, but this app is a running joke where I work.

The app makes things easier when working. With the constant app crashes and no auto safe I am beyond frustrated with it. It happens frequently when preforming inventory for the WISR. Howfully, this defective app will be fixed sometime soon.

was intimidated by it at first but I actually love it.The down side is you cant go back in and edit once order is submitted. It also guesstimate for you so you have to be careful and make sure you need those items and not over/under ordering.Lastly,you have to make sure all items are being shown or you will miss order.

Useful app. Always has something wrong! Wrong items, wrong weight, item not accessible. Then it has a bunch of useless items we dont inventory. It takes forever for issues to get fixed. It's like they have 1 person working on the app, and they work part time. Recently we had a new bbq sandwich. Before this sandwich came out you could order bbq sauce. Now we have a sub that requires bbq sauce and you cant order it. Like I said it's a useful app but annoying. Omg the loading time. 😵

Worst thing ever. It shuts down on me at least 10 times while I'm trying to do inventory. I've tried undownloading it and doing it again. I might as well just take a piece of paper and pen and take inventory that way!
