Works great when it actually works. Overall though is pretty awesome, keep tabs on my store and catch them thieves.
not working currently, internal error, worked this am now it's down, deleted and installed multiple times, not working. will change when fixed
I have had the app for many years. Thursday I could log in. Friday it says login error internal server error ( 500 )
internal error here too. hope it gets fixed soon!
they are not working rhey keep saying loading and never load ..they say camara not available cantact support ugh need to work asasp...

Biggest issue is I can't figure out how to view last year's videos. I had an issue new years day and I couldn't look at December 31st
When it works. Closes unexpectedly and now app worked earlier today now says my sign in or password is incorrect when it hasn't been changed and is stored on the phone.
How do u log in when I can't create a login and password?
Why do you now need permission to browsing history and other device data?

So far didn't had any issues with application on Note4. Video playback is highly dependent on store bandwidth therefore you might wanna check your store connections and setup.
Even though i can log in on the computer it is telling me my username or password is incorrect.
So far it's nice app. Like to see this app in windows phone

The video laggs, the reoprts say no data when try to view, just overall useless.
User and password incorrect. But it isn't. I've never changed it.
Video will not play
It is TOO slow in video playing. Even one camera playing is very slow on S4 phone on WIFI!! Instead showing all cameras, it MUST have setting option to see one or multi camera simultaneously to improve video playing speed. Also will save on data usage. Although it has good other features, but main use of this app is to see quick vidoe of the store and therefore it is count for 90% of this app. One step backward from last app for real usability point of view.
Video is really bad its so slow. We 15 mb Internet at the store. And im on wifi at home with 30mb Internet. Love the new features tho.
App stops every time I try to log in. Regardless of wi-fi, 4g, or 3g. Using a ZTE Supreme.
I agree. This app runs very slow. I updated and now all I want is the older version back! STOP do not update your app if you've already installed.

Been having issuses with the app in which the fecture that enables to go back on video survillence isnt working. Can't go back and review anything! That is something that is really helpful but its not when it is not properly working.
