Very poor. Initially the idea of looking up my rota and payslips on mobile was great, but the execution completely fails. Most of the information fails to load and when it does it is very slow. What is the point of using this when the main draw and features don't work? All I've been able to do thus far is add my profile photo and look at the organisation chart to see who manages who. Even worse I can't access my payslips as they are no longer printed.

This app is useless. For weeks now, no matter if I'm using WiFi or 4G, it says it has a connection problem. When (and very rare that it does) decided it wants to load it's so, so slow. My other colleagues have the same issue. The whole point of this app was so that we didn't have to get out our laptops or VPN into the network to do quick admin tasks. By the time I dig out the laptop, charge it enough to boot, reset password and do the work my app is still struggling to do the same task.

I wanted to use it to access SAP learning hub. Takes forever to open learning materials. Once opened half of the page is not visible. Zoom in/out only possible via menu. Once zoomed in its really hard to move around the page, as you will always change pages instead. UI feels like from 2000...

I'm very disappointed with this app. It's impossible to read the content of Learning Hub: the reader application it's awful and doesn't understand either when I want to zoom or when I want to move to the next page. I can't download the content for reading it offline.

This app is giving me problems. Right now I log on to see my learning then press launch and a blank page appears or it Loops back to the Launch Page? I set up my preferences, and One of the preferences is to start on the training page- Perhaps this is why it loops back to the original training course page after pressing LAUNCH? I don't know why? Very poor! Cannot submit sickness as the error message advises you must enter a sickness reason, but there are no fields to enter this, has been like this for the year i have had the application installed. Overall extremely slow, very little functionality and generally a very disappointing application.

GLITCHY connection whenever I log in to our company's server. That "Fail to fetch data" prompt is a constant NUISANCE, even when my WiFi data speed is above 35mbps. It's a VERY POORLY-DESIGNED app. Online courses DO NOT SHOW UP even when they've piled up in the desktop version. Worse, its TIME-OFF function is not updated, thus making it IMPOSSIBLE to know my leave balances. Our company should DUMP the entire SAP suite and use a more reliable staff data-handling platform. THIS APP IS GARBAGE!

IMHO no need to waste data to download this. Horrible UI and definitely a big FAILURE. No difference if access from web browser and it's way easier. Another piece of junk and wasting storage space. Success Factors? StressFactors it is!

This app in all honesty is not fit for purpose, the menu interface is unintuitive, with no clear buttons in the sub menus, it seems to always have connection issues. And even when you get passes all that still don't function properly

I wish nothing but the worst for the ****ing con artists that sell the app or the dip**** employers who fall for it 1) It has been showing the wrong week. It has repeated the same week twice. Now it has updated the next week 2 days earlier than normal, so next week was actually the week after 2) in order to actually view anything i have to open the app, click through several menus, have app pretend to load, close the app, open the app, click through several menus and then it might actually load

Extremely disappointing! Unable to open the app at all. Always says need an update and when you click on update there is not option to update on google store. If i try again, it continues to give a message that there is a connection problem when my internet connectivity is perfect

This is complete garbage. Every holiday that I work, it doesn't let me put the time in and just says connection error. It makes you change your password every 90 days and it kicks you completely out of the app if you don't. The company I work for went to this from paycom a few months ago and nobody likes it. 🖕 Sucksess factors.

The slides here are very slow. Need to fix this issue. At some points page got stuck and cannot tap next. Please fix this issue ASAP. On the other hand the contents are very interesting and informative. The 1 star I am giving is only for the contents.

Without a doubt one of the worst and clunkiest organisational apps out there. Avoid at all costs. Severe issues accessing features and keeps getting stuck on loading screen (tested with 3 different devices).

I sign in, see all my info for a second, and then it kicks me out. It happens everytime I try to sign in. I, also, get an error message that says "The data privacy consent statement system check has failed. please try again later."

Unable to see how much holiday I have accrued. Or request holiday. The app is slow and unresponsive, basically all it can do is show you some documents like, contracts and employment details. Basically just a glorified pdf viewer

Sometimes it works some it doesn't , random security message about suspicious software , it doesn't allow me to login but if I reboot I can login , if I clear cache I can login needs to contact my it guy which is me. Need to solve this issue very bad experience , provide a list of known issues with other apps . The same thing is happening to Xiaomi mi8 , Samsung s8, redmi note, some huwaei , with different Miu version and Android versions ...

Does not work on Android. None if the Android users at the company I work for are able to see their pay statements or W2's using the app. Apple users can, but not Android. Our I.T. person says that if the info show up for Apple users, then it is not a problem on his end, it is a app problem. Please fix. It is not a phone specific problem, it is ALL android users that have this problem at our company.

A very awful app. App never got opened for the second time...everytime i try to open the app it directs to a new webpage where error message comes - "this website cannot be reached"...such an irritating app. I gave details of my employer post that i never able to logged into the app. Worried of sensitive data theft.

I gave it 1 star because you can't review it unless you do! As almost every other person says in they're reviews, 9 out of 10 times nothing loads, unfortunately can't uninstall it as this is the way I check my work rota ( or not in most cases) and this is the app work has chosen, this is the worst app I have ever used.

really its 0 stars but had to give a star to review it. Terrible app total waste of space on my phone. keeps saying error or failed to fetch data. have to have this thing to view timesheets and pay statements etc but it never works. get it fixed because in its present state it is useless.

Doesn't function in any meaningful way. It fails to load information meaning that you can't carry out any tasks or check anything on there, meaning switching to the desktop Web app which isn't great but at least it loads content.

worst app. waste of time. this app is very slow. i am very upset of app performance. the QR scan take 30 minutes for scanning and after that its showing try one more time. what. i don't have waste time to using that. my company said installed it otherwise i don't want that kind of apps. shame 👎

Got some issues on this app. After activating the app using QR Code from desktop it asked to create a 4 digit pin. Created the password and when submitting second time for confirming it shows error. Why this is happening? Kindly please resolve this issue as early as possible. Thanks.

So very slow to load if anything does at all. Many times it's just a blank screen. Would avoid without a shadow of a doubt if not forced to use through work. Companies, avoid this BROKEN APP.
