The app just completely stopped working it won't allow me to login. Even before it stopped working it always made me login twice for no good reason at all. It's just a poorly designed app and with all their money they should be able to devolpe a working app
Complete trash!!!! Just to get into the app I have to uninstall it and reinstall it. Upon signing in all I get is the loading circle and it never goes past it... It's faster just to go to my browser directly to the website. You would think that it being 2022 and all that a simple app made to pay your bill would be simple and easy to make. This one just needs scrapped and started all over again very disappointing... Smh
Can't even open my account because it is buffering and has that circle that appears. It stays like that for a very long time and never log me in. Loads long enough to where my phone automatically turns lights off when you don't touch the screen for a while only for me to open it and have to do the process again. I checked other apps to see if it is my internet but all my other apps load up perfectly fine except for this. It is sad that even the Suddenlink app has a low rating. Locally bad also.
App hasn't worked in 2 weeks. I have had it for a long time and it worked as it should. But now just a buffering wheel when trying to sign in. Very annoying. Guess I have to use Chrome to sign in. Btw Uninstalling and reinstalling app did not fix it and their customer service is non existent. This company has gotten horrible since Altice took over years ago. Altice also over works their techs which leads to terrible attitudes. several techs have complained to me about their own company. Sad 😔
The past 2 weeks the app will continue to load and not load in properly. I use the app to pay the bill and now won't even load in properly. Uninstalled and reinstalled and even restarted my phone. Needs work
Needs A Lot of Work! Many features that you would would be included in trying to give SuddenLink your $ just don't work or are missing. If you want to pay just past due or another amt, your can't select them. You can't add a bank acct or CC to your acct when paying your bill. The options are there, but the app doesn't register your screen choices. The Help section is pretty bad. The use of a robot agent is a lousy tactic for support chat. Home Screen needs a lot of work/additions.
Worst I service to try to pay a simple bill, Always asks for your access pin , I never got a bill with an access pin ever! Only has my account number on top left side of bill ... worst service all time worst.
This app is worthless it doesn't even allow me to log in half the time and won't let me DO anything when it does allow me to log in. I always end up in the internet browser. Waste of space.
It's just a basic app, can't really do much with it ...would like to be able to look at my Wi-Fi devices and see which ones on the 5 GHz and which ones are on the 2 GHz, I have to go to the website to see that. The app only shows what devices are connected.
I always have extreme trouble using the app to pay my bill. Logging in is always a task because I have to login multiple times before I can view anything. The automated agent is never helpful and I usually end up having to call.
100% trash, and not just the app. Throw the whole company away! I can't even log into this mess. It's always something when it comes to Suddenlink. DO BETTER SUDDENLINK
I never ever ordered a land-line but I'm paying for it, and I have to log in 2 times every time, plus I can't read my statement on here with a breakdown of what I owe. This app needs a TON of work!
Used to take 2 tries to open my account. Since it updated, I can't even do that. You'd think an internet provider would be tech savvy enough to figure out a mobile app...
Can't even log in! Want to pay my bill but all it does is sit there loading. I had to end up calling to pay because I couldn't get on even on the computer. For an internet company you would think these kinda things you works get right! Smh!
Unable to log in after latest update. Circle just spins and spins, then times out. I've forced stop and rebooted with no luck.
Works about 30% of the time, lately just sits at the login screen. Sudden link service as a whole is the worst broadband we have used. Issues and service interruptions 5+ days a week.
Just buffers the whole time, it needs to be fixed and updated. Pay alot of money for very little services.
Something is wrong with the app. I tried to sign in to pay my bill about 5 times and it wouldn't let me in. I ended up paying my bill on the phone.
The app is junk, I sign in bring up the suddenlink to go and it shows all these channels and shows. Try to watch any of them and it wants me to go to a computer and register and sometimes pay for the channel, click on 10 things to watch 0. What would make since is that since I'm signed in show me a list of my channels that I can watch under my plan. What's the point in a streaming app if all I get told is to download other streaming apps?
Can't sign in using Galaxy S22 Ultra. Haven't been able to for months now. Use to work fine then all the SUDDEN.
When it worked had to log in twice. Now stuck in infinite buffer. Fix the app because this is lame
This application buffers a lot im have trouble accessing my account which it shouldn't make it a hassle. Hope you can take a look it and make some adjustments and fix the bugs to the app so it can run better
I have to keep unistalling and reinstalling app. It keeps buffering when I try to sign in.
The app ALWAYS clears your sign in information and you have to sign in from scratch when you open it. You can then sign in, and it will then make you completely sign in again immediately. So dumb.

I cant get past the sign in screen. Just keeps trying to load. Uninstalled it and reinstalled and no improvement. I use to love the app so I could pay my bill super easy but now I cant even do that.
App never works. Never alerts me when I need to pay my bill, so I've been overcharged 3 times. Never using this company again
This app hardly ever works. Hope whoever is working on it actually puts some competent work into it.
This app has not been working for at least a month. I have uninstalled it several times and it will not let me past the login screen.
I'm able to get online to chat with an agent who is competent and friendlier than the one that I had chatted with before through Google services. But if you hit one wrong key, the chat closes and you have no way to get back to it! Also there's nowhere on this app to check which devices are on my internet or what speed my internet is. EVERY COMPANY HAS THAT! I'm wondering 🤔 if I even have the correct Suddenlink app downloaded
