We’ll pick up your laundry, wash it, dry it, fold it, and return it to you the next day (for orders in by 3pm).
You hate laundry, but we love it. We’re obsessed with laundry, care to every detail, and deliver nothing but perfection—clean, fresh, and folded to a T. In fact, we ask afterward “Was it perfect?” Customer ratings mean that only the best washers stay in the network.
Sudshare is a customized and personalized service. Machine dry, hang dry, hypoallergenic…it’s up to you. It’s your laundry done your way. Just let us know in the ordering process.

FAQ’S
- Do I have to put my clothes out for pickup in laundry bags?
No. You can put your clothes out for pickup in any bag you want—just make sure it’s closed at the top. Most people use disposable bags. If you have air-dry/gentle-wash clothes, put them in a separate bag and inside put a note that says “air-dry”.
- What if I want certain items returned on a hanger instead of folded?
No problem. Simply put the correct number of hangers in your air-dry bag. If it’s obvious which items get hung, you’re done. If it’s not obvious, include a note in “Special Instructions” when you order.
- Do I have to separate lights and darks?
Why would you? That’s our job. Your job is to click and order. We take care of everything else.
- Do I have to be home for pickups and deliveries?
No! We’re all about convenience. Just put your clothes out after you order and go on with your day. We’ll pick up your clothes, wash, dry, fold, and deliver them clean and fresh next day (you’ll get updates on your order throughout the process).
- Can I request a hypoallergenic detergent?
Absolutely! Just choose “hypoallergenic” when you order. There’s no extra charge.
- Who are the Sudsters? Who will be washing my clothes?
As part of the sharing economy, SudShare allows people to turn their washer/dryer into an income-producing asset that saves you from doing laundry. So SudShare washers (we call them Sudsters) are independent contractors who use the SudShare platform. In order to use the platform, Sudsters are first vetted by SudShare. We do an identity check, train each washer in laundry best practices, and educate them about customer expectations. In addition, all Sudsters are rated after the completion of every job, and the reputation system in the platform results in poor Sudsters getting purged from the system and the best Sudsters getting the most work. Keep in mind also that in the event a garment is lost or damaged, you’re protected by our Garment Protection Plan.
- What time do you pick up and deliver?
Pickup and delivery occur between 8am-8pm. After your order is accepted you’ll get a message with an approximate pickup time. But you don’t need to be home. Just put your bags out and go on with your day. In any event, your clothes will be returned to you clean, fresh, and folded to a T next day. In addition, you get updates on where your clothes are in the process.
- Do you do dry cleaning?
No.
- What if clothes are lost?
It’s extremely rare, but in the event a garment is lost or damaged, you’re protected by our Garment Protection Plan.

Overall the substers are great and I've really enjoyed the service. My biggest issue with the app is the notification issue. I've reached out to customer service and wasn't able to reach resolution. They said to just delete the app and make sure my notifications were turned on. Which I had already done and sent them screenshots of but I did it again and still no notifications. This is the only app on my device that doesn't send me notifications when they're sent on for the chat.
The service is pretty great. The app, not so much. So this review is for the app. Notifications do not work, period. Tried multiple things and nothing works. Luckily, it has not impacted the service. Overall, the app seems designed by someone that has never designed an app before. Functionality, it just doesn't have good UI/UX design.
Let me rave about this service in a review since I think I have already told everyone I know about my amazing experience...! Wendy was super communicative and went above and beyond when I made not 1, but 2 errors on my request (bc I didnt read carefully). She was able to accommodate me anyway, & was so kind even though I was clearly the one in error. You CANNOT beat this service. Then on top of it all, each bag that was returned was labeled and tied in a pretty ribbon. Will DEFINITELY use again!
So much potential. Easy to use, very basic interface. However, the lack of notifications is a serious functionality issue for an app that provides services. I would love to use it on a regular basis but probably won't until notifications are added.
S9345931 I had an amazing and easy time using this service. The person I was paired with was kind, understanding and overall just realiable. She did all my laundry for me, had it nicely folded and on my porch within a day and the entire time she was in communication with me. The app was easy to work and use, I have no complaints and recommend it to anyone who might need to catch up on laundry and or is trying to find a way to hack their ADHD.
The app is super easy to use. The service was even better than I was expecting! I set up my pickup on the app, I was messaged for when to put my laundry out and it came back folded and perfect just hours later. I'd use this service again and am telling all of my friends. The price is so good!
Clothes missing/stolen/lost... I put 4 large bags and only received 2 small bags, I sent 21 pairs of kids pants and only received 2 and many other items were missing, well over $2000 of clothes is gone. Sudster told me she was combining everything into two bags for easier delivery, so I know it wasn't a porch pirate. I contacted sudshare multiple times and they promised to email and never did. I selected premium insurance too. Not the 1st issue but certainly the last! Don't have time for this!!!
Great experience with my sudster! Our dryer was supposed to be replaced last week, laundry was already piling up, SudShare saved the day! Over 60 pounds of laundry, picked up, washed, dryed (some hang dried per our request) , and returned in ~25 hours. Our Sudster was kind, and kept me updated along the way and folded clothes so amazing! Now I'm using them regularly , it's just to affordable and too easy! Thank you SudShare!
Super easy! Used this service while awaiting a washer repair. Barbie was sweet and informative of the process and kept me up to date. Communication was clear, app is easy and the price for convenience is totally worth it! Clothes turned out great. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
Great experience using this app. The UI if the app is pretty simple/basic. But easy to use. I was extremely pleased with my first Sudster. She did an incredible job listening to all my preferences. After 3 or so weeks my baskets were full again so I decided to give it another try. I was so happy that it gave me the option to get the same Sudster. The pickup and drop of process is so convenient. I use the chat function to work out details with the Sudster.
Great app, no notifications I love this app and it's service. The only thing that keeps it from 5 stars, is no app notifications. I have checked my settings and it not me, it's them. I have communicated with them 3 times about it & they say they are working on it. I have to open the app constantly, to check for updates communications. Once they fix it, 5 stars. Even with that glitch, I recommend there services
Great service, mediocre app. The sudsters are cool with a service that is easy and affordable. The app itself is very bare bones and needs an overhaul. There are no notifications unless the sudsters message you, but only in the app.
So far so good. Notifications don't work, as others have reported. Yes. They are on. And they work for every other app. Just downloaded the app and used it, so it's not a cache issue. No dot, no sound, nothing in the notification bar.
Love the service hate the app. You have to open the app to see the notifications and that's counterproductive. Make an option where it comes across the top of the screen like most apps do. Other than that, I like it.
had my laundry done this week. He sent messages through app. problem is I don't receive them until after the order is done. I've had to uninstall it and reinstall it several times. Also,.I was shocked I had the ability to complain about how my laundry was done.I had 2 brand new shirts size 5x that the first one dried everything on high heat. $50 down the drain. Tried to send an email, can't because no previous contact. If I could have given 0 that's what I would have done.
I gave it a 4 stars because the app sucks. I get no notifications at all. I don't know if my laundry person has texted me at all. I have to literally sit there on the app because I might miss a texts from my laundry person. There's nothing wrong with anything besides notification. So when you do your laundry you have to check on the app multiple times a day. It's annoying. Fix your God damn app!
Been using the service for nearly a year and love it. Great Sudsters. One problem: the app's push notifications stopped working. Uninstalled/reinstalled.... no change. Will update to 5 stars if this is fixed.
Absolutely loved our experience. Our sudster was prompt, thorough and had everything washed, folded, bagged and back by 9am. All of our items were clean and well taken care of. And make sure you tip your sudster!! And please fix the notifications.
I decided to try SudShare. Laundry gets picked up and you get it back clean and folded within 48 hours or less. Sounds great right? I have had the worst experience with the it. The employee that picked up my clothes didn't deliver on time and has stopped responding to my messages. It's been almost three days of trying to work with customer service to get my clothes back. Still no clothes! I finally got my clothes back still dirty and now smelling like smoke. A $20 credit doesn't make up for it.
I LOVE the service! the app is honestly incredibly buggie and caused a communications breakdown between me and the Sudster. They may cause them to lose customers or have bad reviews on the individual Sudsters.
Love this app. I don't even have a machine that fits my comforters. And laundry mats don't fit my schedule. And this app has solved all those problems and more that I didn't know needed to be fixed! Most professional employees I've ever gotten service from. Can't recommend enough and I do to all my friends!
Wish I could give no stars at this point. Sudster was ok. Upon return I discovered I had seven clothing items missing. The app makes it nearly impossible to report missing items. Despite the total of my items being over $130 I was only credited $67. Support for my missing items was hit or miss on if I was going to get a response to about 3 to 4 days to be credited, despite having bought the Premium plan. Not using this service again.
First time using this service and it was GREAT. Laundry came back divided out by person, bagged separately, and even the socks were all matched! (I haaate matching socks) They were clean, smelled great, and folded beautifully. 10/10 will definitely use this service again. ❤️
Typical crowd source business model - easy to sign up, impossible to get help. I placed my 1st order and never heard back. The app says I have to call customer service to cancel the order but customer service says support is only available through the app, so now my order is stuck in purgatory. Save yourself the trouble and just call your local laundromat directly.

Very easy to use and great that you can select previous 'Sudsters' to do your laundry if you liked how they did it last time. Lots of transparency to see where your clothes are in the process. Also great options for using certain detergents and other customizable features.
Thought I was completing my profile, but accidentally started an order. It was impossible to cancel, although I followed the steps listed on the site. Reached out to customer phone support and was just redirected to app/told to cancel on app, which wasn't possible. Currently just trying to get refunded and not sure what to do at this point.
My experience was amazing. My sudshare driver picked up my laundry exactly when they said they would and communicated with me the entire time. Delivery was fast. Clothes smell amazing and were neatly folded. Overall 10/10, I recommend. S11210728
Loved it! I love being able give my focus on other things besides laundry. Made my life less stressful. Everyone is very professional and fast.
This is an amazing service, especially for ND folks. It made a process that I regularly delay and procrastinate SO easy. I don't have a lot of money, but this is pretty affordable for an occasional way to catch up with a task that stresses me out! The app is also extremely easy to use. The only minor drawback is that I don't think you can access your messages/message history once your clothes have been returned to you (or at least I haven't figured out how to yet).
