Sugar Smash

Level 2936 is rigged not to win. The brown candies pop but all do not register. So you can never win. Please fix this problem. Really want to rate 5 but this is a big disappointment. So much as I will have to give 1 star and Uninstall.

This is the second time I had it and it did the same thing again. I get so far and then when I go to get on the screen goes black. I can hear the music but can't play the game because the screen won't come up, just stays black. If you unistall it you lose all your progress so I'm done with it

every time I try to reach support they close the conversation before they help me.. how do you get help from support..and why do you keep closing the conversation before helping me..I won level 3916 and I did not get my rewards. it would be really nice if someone would help when you do into support but lately all I get is close conversation..do you know who frustrating that is when you keep trying to get help and get none. I have been playing this game for a long time and I remember when you got support form support

Game has lots of cute graphics and is easy to play. The only issue is that the levels become impossible to solve without buying extras.

It's a good game to play when you have time to spare 😊. On 4/21/2022, my game stopped giving me a screen. I know my phone works 100% but I think it's the levels that are not active. I'm up there Like Level 868.

This is my favorite game and when I connect on Facebook it's glitching out and is kicking me out in the it's too slow when I play the game the scream turning black I don't have too much games and I want to play this one cuz I didn't play this a long time you used to play in the old phone so this is my new one

Over the years Sugar Smash has adjusted their game for the better. It used to be the hardest game to play with no rewards. Now you can win the game with strategy and you win rewards which are fair. A much more fun game and ads if you want to get more rewards. Thank you Sugar Smash.

I been playing this game for about 5 years now and on level 3653. I love this game. Some level are easy and some are very hard, but all levels can be beating. Much more challenging then Candy Smash and on those other games.

I've been playing for many years and never become bored. I actually finished the game last year, but when I purchased a new cell phone, all my game play did not transfer and I had to start again about midway. I really don't mind repeating. Hope I can finish again.

I love this game; haven't played in 2yrs! I'm trying to get back to my progress & levels that I accomplished, but I can't find them!

This game will keep you distracted and I like how it always switches the level up and the amount of lives so you can keep playing

It's a good game just wish it had more was to get coins you need coins to get powerups but you have to buy coins is u want or need them.

I enjoy playing this game but, the speed needs some improvement. It tends to slow down. Please fix this.

Repeated issues of lost items. "Recharge" is a lie. And now won't even load. Screen goes black after title screen. Looks like I'm done with this game for good now

I really like this game but I wish there were more ways to earn coins. And, why isn't there a skip option so you don't have to sit and wait between games?

Good game overall with lots of challenging levels. Very slow to add new levels once you come to the finish line....I keep waiting. Recently game keeps crashing on startup so can't even open. 8/9/2020. Game no longer works. Crashes every time I try to open. Followed instructions from game support. Even uninstalled and reinstalled. Still won't open. Have now deleted permanently. Guess I beat the game.

I would have given it 4 stars if a square wasn't covered after every move! It's very frustrating. The levels get too hard so that it's not fun to play. Also, you have to beat every level (or watch a video) to keep your bonuses. I play every day and keep getting the same daily gift. Will end up uninstalling.

Been playing for a long time. Never had big issues. Now the game takes forever to load. Piggie doesn't advance to the next level after a win. I have to completely shut the game down and go back in. I'm not receiving rewards out of the chests or the extra games. To many problems not worth the effort. Don't want to delete app but if not fixed I will. Game is not loading. 2 days now and still won't load. This was a fun challenging game. Too many issues!! Well had to uninstall.

It's all good! This updated version is smoother and the graphics and sounds okay...if you like puzzles that have the basics of a match 3 game...you may enjoy it. Personally, I would like to see more prizes won like unlimited lives for 30 minutes or gifts for reward of advancing three or four level's or even an avatar of your choice, you know...make it realistic.

The game is cute and offers some challenging levels. Only gave 3 stars because, I have been having issues with my game for a number of times now. Ex: I watch a video to save a streak, videos freeze, I have repeat the watch or have to close out of it and lose the save. My game freezes, my pieces don't move when I want them to, which somehow causes me a lost move. Lots of little glitches in this game. Would be great if the hiccups in the game were ironed out.

use to have it on my S7 and I loved it. now that I upgraded to S10 it is horrible. can't turn off sound, too big for screen, dont see a settings button, not sure of it is too big that it "falls" off the screen and so cant access certain areas of it. just absolutely disappointed. this was the only game that I ever used and now it can't even keep up w the new phones. please fix it, then I'll reinstall it, until then I won't bother with it.

Typical Jam City game. The puzzles are very difficult to complete but take a long time to finish. I don't mind having to play a level over several times but they give you a lot of moves but they're all wasted. You get down to the very last move you need very early on and spend the entire level just wasting your time matching threes that aren't even anywhere near the object you need to connect with. Extremely frustrating not worth my time. Jam City needs to become more player friendly.

Very frustrating! This was my favorite game but it's had trouble for months with videos not playing resulting in losing rewards, not being able to earn rewards, winning a level but then having to replay it, etc. I can no longer recommend this game. Support has been unable to clear up the video problems. 7-20-21: Same issues, even though I was told there is a new update, which I have. I would quit the game if I weren't so far along & have the rewards & boosters I have earned.

I'm finding more and more wanting to play this game. It's getting to be a more reliabe game to play! Most of the candy crush games are freezing up, and saying there's no server up, can't connect with server, and even app closing while I'm playing it! And then I have to open the apps all over again, and I don't have the patience to do all that when the damn things are very slow to load up to begin with!!

Love it!! Coins could cheaper. But all in all, great cute game!!

I absolutely love and am addicted to this game! I have been playing it for several years, am at level 3820 and waiting for new levels to be added. I enjoy the Epic Fiesta challenges too.

For a free game, it's quite entertaining and always keeps you on your toes. I love that it's not too easy and not too hard. Great game!

I am at level 250 which says i have been playing this for a while. Today i did an update and i have to say that it screwed the whole game up. Ads no longer give you boosters or save your streaks because the game crashes every single time they go to load. This needs to be fixed. In the whole time i have been playing this it has glitched but not to this degree. Its absolutely horrible. To whom ever wants to download, save yourself the frusteration and find something else. Improvements? I think not!

Great fun figuring out the best way to complete each level, love the small challenges....always enjoy playing in my free time.
