Trying to connect to my crm web server and the app won't connect. Verified address several times. Web interface is great. Just not on phone. Was hoping app better.
The new update seems to have removed all visibility of viewing my emails. Not even showing under opportunities etc. Very frustrating!
I've been a fan of their platform for a while now but the new features they've implemented recently have secured their place as my most valuable business tool. It's pretty sweet! #PunIntended
Booooo! They just changed icon on mobile app to ugly black and white. Change back to color!! Also, when are you going to change it so user doesn't have to hit EDIT to be able to read a NOTE on an account!! Bad GUI implementation.
Internal error red bar at the bottom of the screen for months now. Renders this app virtually useless at the moment.

I currently use GEOCRM which is a free crm with a web and mobile platform and has all the features and everything I need. Tried this app out after a friend recommended it. Nice UI and great design.
This app associates itself to open spreadsheets, why? It can't do that.
Cannot update everything on here. Would like more access to do that.
The customers opportunities won't load.
When my company used salesforce I never like that app. We switched to Sugar, and the app is much better.
It has stopped loading on my pixel phone with the last two updates. It has become useless on my phone.
Currently my users are experiencing the following error on Android devices: ERR_GENERIC_TITLE ERR_INTERNAL_ERR_MSG This error renders the app unusable. What are the plans to address?
Please advise if there will be consideration in the near future to support CE. I shopping around for new crm providers. I manage three companies that all use Sugar. I would like to continue with Sugar but this mobile access is a sore subject for all my agents across the southeast. If there isn't, just say there isnt. Please take the time to respond. I can not login. pointing to SugarCRM instance still no luck. Does Community Edition doesn't support login through mobile?
I've started a virtual machine on Azure with bitnami and sugarcrm c.e. Other apps on chrome can access the server, but this app can't...
Useless. Tried many url's, will not connect
Had a problem with related records on the 4.0.0 update. I sent an email into the development team heard back from them the same day the problem was resolved everything is not working correctly very fast response is very pleased with the results thank you very much sugar team

Upgraded it to version 4.0.0 recently...when trying to open company records showing all records which are not even relevant
On a corporate server using Sugar 7. But cant log in to the mobile app. Error: server unavailable at the given url

Great application. Allows me to be very productive and deliver extraordinary customer experience. Love the offline feature. All my customer data even when I'm on the plane.
Application will not connect to Sugarcrm. Required an instance url (apparently not the standard login URL) developer doesn't provide any directions to determine where to find URL.
