Sukhmani Sahib - with Translation Meanings
This Bani is a lengthy composition, written by Guru Arjan Dev, the fifth Sikh Guru. The sacred prayer spans 35 pages from page 262 to page 296 of the Guru Granth Sahib. Surprisingly, many ardent Sikhs include the recitation of this Bani in their daily regimen of Nitnem. The physical site, where the Guru around AD 1602-03 composed this composition was once enclosed by a dense wood. The location is still marked on the bank of the Ramsar pool in the city of Amritsar, near the famous Golden Temple the Harimandir Sahib.
The Sukhmani Sahib is divided into 24 sections (called ashtpadi), each of which contains eight gurbani. Ashtpada is the Sanskrit word for a verse that has eight (asht) metrical feet (pādi)

Very nice app to read and understand gurbani. The only distraction is ads running constantly. If you can remove them, that would be brilliant. Thanks and keep up the good work
The only Sukhmani Sahib app you will ever need.. It offers bookmarks(.much needed) , translation, diffrent languages, no ads and simple to use.. So what more can you ask for? Nothing.... thanks guys...
I have been looking for this app for so long but now I have found it. Best feature of this app is the font size. Clearly visible text.
i like the App, it is really good for gurmukhi paath app but the major problem is with meaning translation. the hindi translation of the paath is not right.please correct it or remove the hindi translation. could not read urdu translation so dont know whether it is righr or not.
Some shortcomings are there. i.e. it is not page wise and further if you want particular Asthapathi u have to scroll the screen. Rest is nicely worded.
Very nice app. 5 🌟 is too much less words to appreciate but in sukhmani sahib sound should also with reading is need if can possible.
I was looking for this application from long time. I am happy to use this app. Fonts are clearly visible and is actually really easy to use.
As it is not possible to read full path in single sitting, it is suggested to provide page numbers or some marking method.
