Very poor.. 👎 Nothing works except for the home option.. The feedback option only shows the email ID and doesn't even move to the NEXT option.. All filters are applied, but while fetching the contact details, you are well greeted with a congratulatory message except for the details needed..
Not able to login with my old account... the verification page is loading again and again and not going forward... lodaing pictures lot of time ... no option to select multiple pictures at a time... improve your app...
never buy their paid package while posting ads. i have paid for your ad and the payment failed but the money got deducted and when i mailed your customer care, they said it would be automatically refunded back.they said this on 25 feb and i went ahead and paid again which was successful . but still today(19 feb) i didn't receive my refund after multiple follow-ups. y ou say we have forwarded to concerened department thats it and this is the only response you give. my order id-SC679143
My internet is working fine...still inside the app when i m trying to search anything it is showing error message like this:"unable to connect with the server. Please check your internet connection."
This app has good database but still the app is not good as the desktop site in PC. The app has property information but doesn't show it's property details and map as in site which is really bad
Its very bad. Brokers are mostly interrelated to all ads. Please check brokers are not involved in the ad. The quoted amount is then increased when called to them.
My City is one among the Top 5 cities in my State, yet, doesn't show up in the drop down list. Very Disappointed.
Some major bugs in the app. unable to contact the owner for house rental. uninstalling the app. doesn't serve basic requirements
Pathetic app! I am unable to feed the price in the property listing page. It says type the price amount in words "** Lakhs" but the inbuilt keyboard does not allow typing in alphabets. Rectify tjis issue before you get more 1 stars. #SulekhaPropertiesAppNotRecommended
stupid app. i wanted to post a property for rent and it kept refreshing page and i had to enter details for 10 times again and again. finally one image took ages to upload and i uninstalled the ap finally.
unable to call the house owners.its just waste of time to search in this app. there are not too many houses to search compare to other apps.
pathetic app, I am trying to enter my name under list my property details but its now allowing with some half second of error popup which i cant even read. my roomate also tried to post the add but got irriatted after half an hour trial.
unable to view contact number, lots of bugs present. irritating. I recommend not to use this. nobroker is better.

worst worst ,if i fill all the details to rent my resedential property it suddenly dissapears all the details which was filled and it shows 2nd URL.so,waste of time....
Website is slightly better updated ... contacted about 10 owner and all had rented out the property almost 2-3 months back but it still appeara as a suggestion
Want to sell my land so trying to register the property details but this app should not allow me to enter details always asking landscap mode not allowed... Uninstalled

The app is too poor, it takes a lot time for loading the page even with high speed internet
It is a horrible app, just to list a property it took me 3 attempts and more than an hour

not able to post ad. it is showing like portrait- landscape mode.

Waste of time. I just try to list my property , in second page itself it throws error "object reference not set to instance of object" . Horrible , you are not able handle an exception in your software. Even when I try to login it keeps on asking for OTP repeatedly even after proving correct OTP.
