So much information! This app is perfect for anyone who wants to know all of the available information about ancient Sumerian culture. There is so much available information that it is quite overwhelming. It will take you a very very long time to digest all of the information in this app, it is very impressive.The only thing that would make this app even better is if there was a widget that would display daily proverbs.
I love this app! Only it's a little buggy on my phone (it's kind of old). Things like the translator and the dictionary have never worked, and I check back for updates all the time in hopes that would help. I would give a 6/5 stars if those features were functional
I am changing my rating to 5. As it turned out, I was using a too big font for reading proverbs; since the screen won't scroll on my phone, I couldn't read the screen. I use font size 5 (seems to be the default). I love the information in the app.
Amazing. Contains the history of the rulers, cuneiform translations, proverbs and much more. One tip. When reading the proverbs, put the text size down one or two sizes. Because some of the longer proverbs didn't fit on the screen and there's no scrolling. Amazing though
By far one of the best, if not "the best"cuniform teaching app, teaching also, history of all surrounding country's that also used cuniform as a chief form of comunication for many years, in many different styles. A must have for history teachers in any scollastic setting, elementry, middle school, or collage. An elite tool for applying a cultural original of beginning in writing as well as communication across our globe w/o actually having to apply half of their country in travel, for trade.
Congratulations for making this app which touches something from oldest times. Not many such infos available in a single place. We see that you have put great passionate effort into it. We appreciate and honor your endeavour. Hmm... the (automatic?) voice/spelling is funny-useless; is like an American speaker is reading in their mother tongue and accent some foreign words; true, nobody knows anymore how Sumerian sounded like, but in any case not like American English.
I almost never rate apps. It is simply not my thing, but I wanted to rate this app 5 stars. It is simply amazing. It helped me so so much for my research, it is like a wonderful discovery for me. The work done for it mist be tremendous, and you have all my appreciation. It is the best app on my phone and I honestly want to thank you all for making it and putting it in use. I highly recommend it to anyone who is willing to study and learn. All the respect to everyone involved in creating the app
Absolutely the best app for Sumerian Cuneiform on Android. Very useful if you have an interest in such things.
I wished it had rotated Sumerian âšī¸ and I was able to translate Sumerian to English not English to Sumerian but I give you 5 because of everything else you put into this app makes me very happy with no adds đ
so many words cannot convert in cuneiform. Simple words for example: what ,when, why, where, how, there...etc.
Not perfect but I'm happy with the progress thus far. Glad someone is making an app for this!
the converter doesn't work, ive tried multiple translation but nothing worked for me.

Not too bad! It uses ePSD as however the search feature here is not very useful no matter the search it returns tons of irrelevant stuff to scroll through. Searching for "ud" for example, you don't find Ud until like 10 screens down. Still I like that this exists I just hope search imprives.
The proverbs are confusing and require more examination. Thank you. I have not spent enough time exploring this app to rate it more thoroughly.
I like this app a lot. Tremendously interesting. The only issue I have is that the font is incredibly small in places and it's impossible to zoom in to be able to read it. This is with using a Kindle Fire 7" so it might not be a problem for other devices. EDIT: Thanks for the quick response and update, however the font size in the Sign list and Kings list is still tiny and needs to be at least twice as big to be clearly legible. The font in the Kings list would also benefit from being in bold as it's a little faint.

The most well document source to study Sumerian, I hope it can have contents.
Overall very useful app for learning about Cuneiform writing, though it can be somewhat clunky to get used to. The only complaint I have is when copying text from the translator it only copies the Ur III text and not the font you select (I'm attempting to use Neo-Assyrian) Other than that, very useful app and would recommend!
