App won't even open since yesterday's update. Another update...still subpar and now they have a chat with Sam box floating over everything you need. Remove the shortcut! It's a tool in the drop down. This bank isn't even worth it anymore tbh. Half asses that never graduated.

Would be nice if you could 'switch off' the card like others have,, also,, some cards have the option of setting spending parameters. This option would also be useful. Updates as these would be valuable. New account members are subject to 9 day hold on deposited checks, so be forewarned. Would be nice to have the card be able to be switched off and also be able to set spending parameters.

Gave a review not too long ago about the app not working properly, and some changes have been made. I still have problems at times, especially when I go to check my balances on weekends, the system will show $0 in both my checking and savings accounts (which is false). I'm happy with the customer service I have received in the past and I hope they continue to fix the bugs involved with the android app. It's a good app but I intend on giving a better rating once I don't experience the problems.

It has been a very good app and I love the abilities in the way it works. I have multiple accounts so it is nice to see them all and to arrange them in the order that I want them. However, yesterday (October 1st) It started giving me a login error no matter what way I try to access it. I had my fiance try on her phone since she has her own separate accounts and it did the same thing to her. I hope you guys are working to fix this.

I mainly use this app to check balance and transfer between accounts, which it does fine. I have not been as successful at remote deposits -- sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt. Easier to just drive to the bank.

In the past 4 months, EVERY TIME there has been a software update, I have been forced to uninstall the app, restart my phone, install the latest version of the app, setup my fingerprint login, and obtain a new access code. It's extremely annoying.

I've reinstalled it several times and received the same error message that it unfortunately quit working. I've decided to rate it 1 star seeing how it appears to be a consistent problem among other users and still hasn't been fully resolved.

trying to download the new app from the play store. clicked "download" and all i got was "download pending". that was 6 days ago, it's still pending! not only that, it has locked up my entire playstore app, I can't download the Summit app or anything else. my phone is Android, evidently I-phones can download the app, but not mine. I've carried it into the bank and nobody there can get it to download successfully either. Disgusting but not unexpected,

I think the fingerprint option to log in is what the issue is. I uninstalled and reinstalled, got my code, logged in with password and app worked. As soon as I chose the option to use my fingerprint it accepted it and then locked into loading.

Garbage app will not recognize my phone even after I set everything up. It acts like it needs to be verified every time, worse is I have to use a code they send by email that doesn't work.I've tried several codes not one working. The phone number they have I changed once & now it reverts back to a phone # I no longer have. Leaving me with a banking app I can't use.

The app no longer works. Every time I try to sign in it closes the app. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that didn't work. I know I'm going to get the copy and paste answer that says to email about the problem, but there's nothing else I can tell you.

The only issue we have ever encountered (we were in a foreign country trying to get payment for lost luggage) was, there is no online access to the full account number. We had to contact the bank via the chat feature in the website in order to finally get our account number. This contacting the bank via chat went very smoothly, it just was an extra hoop to jump through in order to get our monetary benefit from our claim.

Freezes up periodically. Transactions aren't always instant. UPDATE- app seems to work fine. Transactions are a bank issue, not app. I wish electronic transfers were instant.

Worst ever!!! It's always locking me out of my account. It constantly makes me redo my password then says it's incorrect. I even enabled my fingerprint and now it's saying no match. It's the only app that gives me problems. Even the website locks me out. I'm tired of it!

The biggest drawback of this platform (SFGI) is the restriction creating passwords which entails a 15 character password limit. It is my opinion that a Federal banking institutionshould have regulations preventing them from partaking in such horrendous security practices. There is 2FA but only if you opt to leave your device as unregistered, which most people probably don't do. Device recognition is not a good form of security considering anything can be spoofed. These cons outweigh all pros.

This app only works when it wants to I've had uninstall n reinstall at least 6 different times also it doesnt want to work at all here lately it'll say loading after I put my password in and just never does anything else just stays on loading!

Used to be a good app but now it won't let me access my account. Keeps telling me 'Access denied'. The website still works for now,but I have no choice but to delete the app. May try it again someday If issue gets resolved

I hate that every time i log in it makes me have to have a secure code and i have to keep saying register my device 😠😡 whats the point in this when i have to do it over and over it doesnt work! I never had this problem with my other 2 bank apps. My cookies are enabbled still doesnt work. I did call i was told to come in the bank 😠

unlike some banking apps which I wont name, this one was easy to set up and didnt take days and numerous calls to tech support... being able to access your direct deposit info directly from the app would be an awesome addition to an already great app!
