This is amazing and user friendly app. It's need to change password to secure your account after 1month.
I've been trying to register from last 3 days but failed firstly sms otp was sent on some wrong no.then I complained ant tried after 24 hrs as per instructions but the app has some fault the Windows doesn't move forward,unfortunately hopeless service summit bank
Bad experience no record shown of digital transaction receipt. Reciept only show once when transction done otherwise you won't find any data of digital receipt in your account. Worse bank app ever.
Extremely pathetic app, loading takes forever, unable to login most of the times. extremely limited functionality, cant even copy/share account details. wrong password even a single time will suspend your mobile app access until you reset your password. Overall very disappointing experience so far.

Simple, fast, ease of use. Good navigation. But the navigation can be improved a bit by detailing and options contained.
Horrible app. Can't figure out what the f*** is wrong with it. It prompts me to change my password eveytime I try to log in, without sending me a FPIN even so that I can change password forcefully and get over it and seeeeee my account!!!! IS THIS EVEN AN OFFICIAL APP OR SOME JOKE??
I can't use the app now. I had blocked the mobile banking and then enabled it through call center. But now I am unable to login the app. It prompts "customer inactive" to me every time I login now.

Everytime asking to change password and fpin takes alot of time. Its pathetic. It should only be at our own choice to change paswords.. making it a compulsion everytime we login is making me hate this app and thus not using it often.

Why is this app asking permission to make phone calls. When denied login isn't working. Login button does nothing if no phone call permissions given. What is this?

Worst and unfriendly bank app where you can't even generate FPIN for transfer of amount...I wish there was a zero star rating as well.
Its a good banking application I must say but while loading credit in your phone it only gives you 4 opts of 100, 250, 500 & 1000 I think it should be our choice that how much we want.
I was reading the other people comments and they say about this app very bad. But i say this is a good app. I was using this app almost among to 9 months. Very fast and good service.
