A True Partner I have been using this app for years, and it's been amazing in every way possible. It's an amazing tool for any cop no matter how many years you have on the job. It's a great reference to all of the summonses, TPOs, and many more. The app is extremely smooth and easy to use. This app is also a ONE STOP SHOP; summonses, TPOs, RDO calender, overtime calculator and many more. Never second guess another summonse or report. A true partner indeed.

Very good app. It has a whole listing of parking, moving, criminal, oath, and transit summonses along with an explanation for each one. The overtime calculator and tracker lets you keep track of your overtime and the rdo calendar is useful as well. Definitely makes your job easier.

This app is fantastic. Edit1: so I had paid and now lost the ability to lookup summonses, right when I needed it... Edit2: purchased again for OT tracking purposes except travel time doesn't save or get calculated. 2.5 half months after reaching out and still no update addressing this... I had to find other services and spend even more money.

I've had this app for a few months and it's great. I did the update and had the same problem alot of other people described (with having to pay again, and more money). The customer service is EXCELLENT with fixing the bug in the app. Now the app works just like before

Updated the app and it stopped working without a subscription. Developer saw my review and offered multiple solutions to help. Found a workaround for it. It's an excellent app and it's good to know that the developer cares enough about his product to monitor it and help troubleshoot any issues

Great app, they got greedy that's why the 4 stars.. The app is amazing nothing bad to say except for the price, they finally brought in the RDO calender and the OT calculator, overall the app is smooth and useful as hell if you can take the 20+$ hit.. So update, the OT calculator does not work, the app crashes when you try to enter the info, I made the developer aware still waiting for the bug to be fix as of April 14th

Miss the old app. Not very confident with this version. Information seems to be incorrect and is not easy to look up violations such as: no rear seatbelts, defective rear plate, etc. I often find myself googling NYS VTL for the actual law and subsection.

Got locked out of summones portion from which I previously purchased because of the update. I emailed the administrator and issue was resolved quickly and without issue. Very clutch app for info in a pinch. Always got a kick out of bosses reactions to how I knew some random obscure parking code.

amazing app but needs penal law. charge an upgrade fee or a subscription for the penalaw since it changes every year. dont be greedy but im sure most cops on here will give you 2 to 5 dollars a year for an up to date penal law thats fully searchable and nicely organized.

Lost access to the summons portion for a bit, but after an email (fast response to boot) the issue was quickly resolved. Excellent app, it even has the testimonies written out for you.

Wow the new update looks great. It's nice to now have an RDO calendar and Overtime Calculator included. Definitely worth the price.

Updated review, fixed the glitch that occured when the app was updated, all of the new features seem great, I use the code look up on a daily and is a great time saver!

I bought that app in 2019, they changed it or update it. Now they want me to pay for some options. They should refound my money back or give me a credit of $4,43 USC. Than I will purchase the options that I need.

Great app. Works well. Must download for law enforcement. Keeps everything in 1 app and has been accurate. You can email the creators for any concerns and they actually get back to you.

Definitely a handy app! I've used it as an officer from time to time. Would definitely love if it included TLC violation codes. Also if it had Penal Law codes.

I also got locked out because of the app update. Sent the email to them and they replied almost immediately with the fix.

Great resource for NYPD cops. Nice to see you are keeping it updated. If you came out with a reasonably priced NYS Penal Law app I would buy it!

Not bad. Maybe a future change where we can just enter the #s instead of scrolling but overall my new go to app.

I paid for all the access to this app when it first came out for around around $6. NOW it's updated and everything is behind a paywall? How is that even right?
