What bank charges you fees for being poor? I don't have the $500 MINIMUM they want monthly so I'm charged a $5 fee for spending my own money. That's $60 yearly! I could use that to pay my tv subscriptions. I encourage everyone reading this to close their accounts with this bank. There are others with $0 fees like Ally & the interest is good too. I've had zero issues since I've switched. I've had many issues w/ Sun Community & the customerservice is always really rude/unhelpful. Goodbye forever!

They fixed it but once again I have to uninstall and install in order for it to work. Is it me or others are having trouble too? Like the app which is easy to use, with the exception of about 2-3 months when I had to uninstall and install in order to make it work. This problem was reported and now it takes some time (not alot) to download but you just have to have patience. For all I know it could be my wifi at home. 4 stars because there is always room for improvement.

It is a great app to help you keep up with my accounts. However, I am not able to make payments at all. At a time like this, the availability to make payments on the app makes a difference. Also the credit score haven't update in like 5 months.

Dear SCFU, I've been a member since 1992 and couldn't be happier. But I do have an issue with your banking app. since your last update, android devices do not work properly and tend to freeze. Where as Apple devices work with no issues. Pretty please with magic sprinkles and sweet chocolate on top, fix this inconvenient issue. I, and as many loyal banking customers would truly appreciate your support and cooperation. thank you and Happy Holidays!

Fast and accurate information about my account. I find it a very secure application for the financial services that provide. I hardly ever need to be to a banking office. Most of my businesses I manage them through the app.

The only problem I've had is on one of the menus,when i click on one thing it recognizes it as me clicking somewhere else. Its really a minor problem considering how much easier it makes doing my banking.

Terrible! I am having a ridiculously hard time depositing a check with this app. It doesn't seem to take a picture clearly no matter what I do. So they deposited the check into my account only to take it right back out the next day. I tried again today and it had better work! Fix this!

You can't view deposited checks from another bank, It only shows the amount deposited. When auditing the account and inputing in to quick books it is important to have access to check numbers, amounts and names.

Not very happy with it... You keep changing the app. It's not really very easy to follow.... I live remotely, so I'm kinda in a bad position to have easy contact with the bank..it is what it is

Not able to print copies of my statements from my phone app. This is inconvenient. Otherwise it is easy to navigate.

I've had it for a little more than three years now, I like that it's stayed the same, it's super simple to use, very self-explanatory and it's a fast working app. So far I have not experienced any problems with it at all.

The app is COMPLETELY USELESS. At this point it's just taking up space on my phone. An app update would be nice every once in a while and an app that actually works would be even better.

Always there for me. Even through this pademic, they are so very helpful and abide by all the health regulations to keep us safe. I recieve SSI and They never give me hassle. Though one time I did get a little issue . But it was resolved.

App is NOT user friendly! 'Help' section has no way to make contact or leave messages, no information about CD's, no provision for stopping automatic renewal of CD's!

The app takes so long to open or does not even open. I use 2 of the best android phones. I've even considered going to a diff bank.

This app works half the time I try to use it. It freezes everytime I click on log in after putting in my password.

I like the app since it's a quick way to look at the finances, deposit checks without having to go to the ATM machine, transfer funds, and get in touch with the bank.

i used to be able to log in all the time with android not i cant log in and have to erase the app constantly please fix thia issue. ;(

Definitely a 5 star. It is easy, convenient, and fast. No need to wait in line. On any day of the week to transfer money. No issues at all. Problem solve.

Needs to be more visual options and ability to change font and backdrop color for the visual impared.

Takes a few days for the app to catch up with my transactions, but less fees with this bank than my old one, so it kind of evens the experience out

service is great and everything but the app hasn't worked for about 2 weeks i haven't been able to check anything

I am having a hard time in uploading this app. I have been unable to pay my car payment and cc payment.

It is a great bank. Love banking with them.their app is very easy to use.

i decided to give it one more try. i deleted the app and reinstalled it and it now works! thank you for fixing it!

Bad app. Insanely bad arbitrary policies make using this app a major headache. You will probably have to go in person anyway. I liked Sun CU until I tried using their terrible app. Garbage.

Don't like the layout or set up.we searching details of transactions hard to read hate colors.

Love the app but I also love the bank very friendly people easy and accessible.
