Sun Devil Rewards

For about the past two months the app has been nearly unusable. About 90% of the time when I open the app there are black bars scrolling on the screen and I am unable to tap on anything. I have even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have no issues with other apps.

Unusable, as soon as I oprn the app 90% of the time I cannot click anything. The other 10% of the time it freezes up after one click. I have a G7 thin q android device , and all other apps I have used work fine ( Even the ASU app surprisingly). Only found out about this when it said to link it in the rewards section (could do more to let students know this exists). *will update with a better rating when bugs have been fixed*

For the last month or so I have had the same bug as other recent reviewers where a black bar moves quickly across the screen top to bottom, rendering the app unresponsive unless i dodge the fast moving bar when I tap, and making it almost impossible to scroll. Update: fixed, good app

There's never anything in the shop that's worthwhile. The only women's shirt is from 2015 and they rarely put any options other than men's, and when they do put new items on I've noticed that they show up as sold out. It rakes way too long to get enough points just to not have anything to really spend them on.

updating to a one star. push notifications cant be shut off. go to setting try to change the setting and it doesnt do anything. basically the whole settings page doesnt work. will be deleating this week if I cant turn off the annoying notifications. Also can we get some fresh stuff in the shop. same Starbucks tumblr they give out for free at graduation. same green asu shirt no one wants. app use to be good.

This app is fantastic for people who enjoy all things ASU. first off, the icon makes it very obviously a real ASU app, and further it's incredibly user friendly. It has well defined categories that make it easy to navigate. This app is fantastic in that it gives you the opportunity to flex your ASU knowledge and earn free stuff. This app is fantastic for the purpose of serves, giving a community a way to get free things, the one thing i would say is that some of the rewards are super expensive.

App is useless. It doesn't allow me to sign in anymore. It takes me to the login page, i enter my credentials, then out takes me back to the main page. I am 100% sure my credentials are correct

No dark mode. Some online events are greyed out like I already clicked on them. Notifications pop up hours or days after the event has passed. And it seems to be built only for iOS.

Problems with games. It goes into the netherworld and is stuck until you force it to stop. After my issue I was contacted and my problem was solved! I didn't expect a response so thanks for fixing the problem.

Reward prices are really high and I don't know how to earn forks any faster. I visit at least once a week, and do all the games. I get secret words in emails and Facebook about once a week. I share articles when I have time. Any ideas to get to 20000 girls?

Can't get the app to work. I try to sign in with my asurite login and after it asks me to approve the login, an error message pops up and kicks me back to the login screen.

I can't even log in. It just keeps going between the log in with my ASURITE ID and "yes, log me in" screen. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but nope.

The app is working again after a weird snafu with the trivia the other day! The team responded to my emails fast and even reached out to me after I left a review.

The app worked fine up until now. I am unable to click on anything. The app seems frozen but I can scroll down

Won't let me add a secret word anymore. Just keeps spinning. I even reinstalled. Also, most of the prizes aren't worth it.

I have been promptly notified about the issue associated with the app, which was nice. The app is now bug free and enjoyable. Thank you!

I LOVE this app! Easy to use, tons of great info, just the right amount of push alerts, it's great!

This app helps me keep updated with recent news and knowledge about asu by playing games and earning rewards.I find this technique to be cool and I like it.

Can't login at all Edit : Figured out the issue myself. If you use a private dns you might not be able to login.

This app is my happy place! Love everything about it! Earn cool things with points that are easy to get!

Initially I had an error on startup but the support fixed it quickly and followed up :)

I liked the concept of the app but currently glitching and not allowing me to use the app.

I can't use it now. It will not let me sign in, I'm so frustrated, it's taken me so long to save up pitchforks and now I can't even access them.

Spams, "try a valid email" when using literally every email I own, including asurite.

Great idea but I am not able to access anything in the home or games section.
