Nice app to earn but loading money has to change to add through wallets or any online payment methods.
it quite difficult to recharge exact monthly amount and add alacart each and every recharge. Each customer take minimum 15 min to set. Like other dth service set pack and alacart for first time then recharge with with customers choice. please do something about this problem.
Dear Sun direct team, I have seen multiple problems in this app. Kindly check and resolve it ASAP. Problem 1) At the time of recharge we can't see the plans(DPO packs) SOL:- My Sun direct app shows the plans (packs) at the time of recharge so please add the same features in this app, it will helpful for retailers 2) Add on or ala carte channel recharge also not possible, I don't know the reason. Kindly fix it as soon as possible 🙏
Don't buy this product because,Worst management and worst service .I have been a customer for 3 years in Sun Direct Network Service, and have not received any service support from them for 3 years, does not work toll free numbers, customer care numbers or area distributor numbers.They do not provide any service. What I mean by this is that there is ineffective management involved.
I had applied for starting of recharging and new booking of dth through website and received a sms including user name, password and activation key on 7th july but till now iam unable ti log in to the account. When i try to login simply displaying your account is in verfication desk. I dont know how long it will take for verification . Already it is nearly 2 months spent of wasting my time.
Have to impress more. Not able to get the recharge reports. Often the app crashes. Balance is deducted from the Ec balance even it shows failure messages.
App is good but very slow and Recharge plans are not feching it.. I'm checking the recharge plans but it taking long time even though I have not find recharge plans. . plz make it faster and efficient.
Font size is very small so please change it as quick as possible . And the major issue I found is the security of the application and for money in the that I have . So improve the security patch .
This app is not user friendly, 1.Retailer available balance not updating in real time, 2.Transaction status not showing properly (case1: Transaction success but in reports it showing as transaction failed,and some times times not showing even it is success or failed)
Very very waste app, sun direct team is very bad, the customer service is not responding properly to the customer, speaking very harshly, if a recharge done, they are not activating also, so waste I'm going not going to use sun direct any more, waste of money, people seeing this must know about this, don't ise it
please update keyboard when we type smartcard number its open full keyboard we want only numerical keyboard only..other one if we add any chennal activate only one month we want more month to add. please do update this also...
Very very bad connection.don't chose it. It's customer care service is too much bad. You can't contract them as soon as easy.
Dear, Sundirect team, Please add the channels, (nick jr, stargold 2) in alacarte section for channel addition, above 1 yr, it is disappear, so, help us.....
Useless..no flexiblity option choose packs in mysundirect app..always shows selected pack is different to the existing pack..its already removed from app..Unable to recharge 6m pack HD tamil silver..crashes after selection of any other pack..When check with customer care, they say "in app it can't be recharged.,Go to retail shop, ask to recharge at lumpsom amount 1500" and "again call to customer care to activate the pack selected if available"..or it will be simply activated any costliest pack.
in this app it is not possible to copy the smart card number in the reports, pls enable this feature then it will be easy to copy the smart card number and do trouble shoot.
Its really user friendly and we can easily make changes for recharges and new look everything is great

Server is very slow It is very difficult to get the customer information But customer recharge successful but top-up amount is not debited in my account
When we open this app after updation of this app, need to login and although we type, it shows "try again later". Old version is also good.

Some problems in using,sometimes it will automatically closes and comes out from applications so give an update for better using
Customer information is not shown and recharge not accept And one'time app wii be not opening 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.that is the main problem on server pull down on this app please solve this problem very early thank you Sun Direct team please resolve this problem
Problem 1.Can't downgrade from customers monthly pack..Problem 2.Also cannot activate a base pack use with costomers sundirect account balance..Problem 3.NCF(FTA)recharge not possible.. It shows incorrect amount.. Retailers cant recharge now 59 rupees for ncf...please solve it..
nice features....but add channel list to each and every pack and add an option like to remove the pack and add new pack....
Need to improve a lot. * Sometimes it shows the customer CDSN number as invalid but later time it shows the customer info.
Retailer can't change the package to Rs59/m for FTA channells. there have no such options to change this package. Customer need to download another app and change. Please add this options.
the application is very low security... normal concerns to access others because please upgrade to full security measurements etc FIRST LOGIN ENTER OTP TO ACCESS THIS MODEL UPGRADE THE APP THANKING YOU
Dear sun Care person plz recharge my app. B,coz nobody distributor recharge my demo in athani (belgaum dist) no phone pay options to recharge my demo.Distrubutor can't recharge. Vary bad distrubutos.distrubutors r useless,care persons also useless .
