I upgraded phones and the check deposit camera is now wrong and weird. Guidelines are outside of cam view and it doesn't take centered pictures. Suneast told me it was my phone, not their app and to get a phone replacement. The same issue is happening on other Pixel 4 phones from friends so it's not an isolated issue. It's also not saving cridentials and doing a security check every time I log in. It feels like they haven't worked out app functions for Android 10 or higher.

The site is confusing. I tried to deposit a check and kept receiving an error message instructing me to make sure I had all the required info on my check. I ended up wasting an hour attempting to e-deposit my check six times with no success. I tried again the next day and it worked the 1st time....I've used this site in the past and had no problems.

this app needs an upgrade. had a difficult time trying to deposit a check online. it kept kicking it back for various reasons and had a hard time recognizing the check even when it was corrected to meet the standards multiple times.

This app is horrible and banking with you guys has been even worse. Your app constantly can't recognize a payroll check from your own bank. I have never had a good experience from this app or your banking company and plan to close my account as soon as possible.

A useful app for depositing checks.Can be a little off with automated picture of the check at times. Good app overall.

Captures small image of check with loads of margin outside the check, meaning the image is smaller and less legible. Bank then rejects perfectly good check due to poorly legible image. And don't even get me started about their website digital deposit...

App is user friendly and makes it easy to keep tabs on my checking and savings account balances. I just wish you could use it to view credit card balances as well.

I always get an application error when depositing checks. I thought the app couldn't be worse than the customer service but I was wrong.

I love Sun East's products and customer service, and the app is neat and smooth, I've never experienced any glitches. That said, I do wish I could manage my credit card from the app.

This app is completely useless, it has never worked! I've uninstalled and reinstalled it several times and it keeps saying "Application error"

I am able to navigate without issues, and have been using this application for 4 years... However, improvements with updated account information would be better sufficient.

Can you please modify the camera to let the customer have control of when to take the photo of check when depositing? The current scenario is uncomfortable, it takes the photo before one has clearly positioned the check.

Doesn't show up to date credit card transactions or available credit. The widget almost never works; "your device isn't connected to the internet"

Had to take pictures many times before went through. I do not like my maximum deposit amount. Too low for me especially when I have large checks every month. Does not really help me

Great convenience. A little hard to capture checks that have a lot of imagery, but auto click really helps

rough install, asks you to rate constantly even after you do it, hard to dispute problems, offers rewards that no one wants, impossable to find your own account number or bank routing info so make sure to get checks even though everyone wants everything paperless. 0 communication throughout departments so prepair to tell your issues to every single person ever.

App rejected multiple checks and I lost one check and have to try to get it replaced because the bank wouldn't accept the captured picture. It caused a lot of hassle for me

I'm not happy with this new app being able to access my info on my cell. There's no warning for these changes & I don't want to use a third party to due business with Sun East.

I love being able to mobil deposit... Staff has always been so helpful and kind when I have needed assistance!!

Mobile check deposti is terrible. Always have problems with check deposit. Two other banks that I use never have problems with the mobile check deposit.

Depositing checks through the app is frustrating. App crashes or "isn't available" frequently.

Deposit easy enough. Could do without the voice instructions though.

I just have one gripe, I never get answers to my emails when contacting sun east through the site, I wish you would add a feature to allow members to access credit reports & scores

app is good and quick when I needed on the Fly but the fact that the bank will only let me do 6 transfers a month is absolutely ridiculous

Pretty handy usually. Although lately it's been giving me issues with transferring $$ between my own two accounts.

Love the convience of the app because it saves me time from going to the bank when I'm not able to get there

Great app.however unable to review credit card transactions and balance.my finger print log on disappeared.

Very easy to use. I get all my account information. Accurate and don't have to physically go to bank.
