This app is much easier to look up the bus stops and the times, being that it lists each stop for each bus, than the newer app where you can't do that and it just gives you the times for the time points which doesn't help much
The trip planner doesn't work correctly and there is no way to give feedback in-app, you have to go to external source Also, the app just doesn't work sometimes. Sometimes it won't pull up the route schedule, sometimes the trip planner tells you that there are no buses to the chosen destination even though there are eg Sunland Park Mall from the WTC.
its alright but does need huge improvements! 1st the app should work on holidays. Unless apps now get holidays off?? 2nd nearby departures since SM uses in/outbound you should show these options too. 3rd let me name my saved routes so i know what im looking at.
Doesnt give the option of inputting a location for pick up and destination for available routes and times. Giving me wrong routes waste of time sorry not user friendly at all,, another city government half a job.
According to this app it can't find routes for a bus stop that is right in front of my home yet my community takes it all the time. Horrible app use Google instead its quicker easier to use and more accurate. This app makes you want to just walk
The bus schedules are never accurate, people have waited longer than they should've especially when it comes to going to work! Plus the offices aren't open on Sundays!? I guess people don't need assistance on Sundays... Uninstalling immidiately! Thanks for nothing, but a waste of time!
Pretty useless when the bus drivers aren't required to follow the schedules listed. Late buses are understandable, but early buses? How do you plan for that? Also doesn't update for holidays, so you have to look elsewhere for schedules anyway.
The app sucks! It never works...Sun Metro is an extremley mismanaged Public Transportation System! They loose millions of dollars on failed projects and pass the burden to their passengers by removing key routes to try and recoup their loss...
Most of the time the app does not work at all.they say the app is getting worked on..The buses do not run on time the worst Metro System ever....Austin, Dallas and San Antonio and even Odessa ,and Odessa is a smaller town than El Paso...run way,way,WAY BETTER!!
The data tends to not be updated reliably, but for finding nearby stops..is excellent.
It stopped showing route schedules and cannot get bus times. Nothing in real time. Not happy and very upset.
This app rarely works, kind of like the employees at Sun Metro. It has more technical difficulties that the Space Shuttle Columbia.
App that acts like a vending machine, you get your candy, but the next day that you come back to it the candy gets stuck, the app works one day and the next day doesnt work at all...... fix it pls. :)
I like this app but unfortunately, one needs to call SunMetro directly for the moments when the bus is not on par with according to the app.
It's a good app to use. But once it freezes up then you have to uninstall and reinstall it
App was not connecting to the data but it is now working as it should. Thanks for the quick fix.
What is the point of having the app if it says no routes found it's been like that for two days.
Old info not keept up-to-date use movit app or transit app user base infor which give rt info base on actually passager
99% of the time your app does not work and/or too slow
Constantly the app is Crashing.
"We could not find any connections between the origin of your trip and the destination (ending point) of your trip"
Just put the paper version on here. This thing is just wrong!

It doesnt work. Just gives an error message.
I got to the bus stop @ 7:19pm, route #12, stop @ Mesa & Crossroads. 4-5-2022. Bus time is supposed to be at 7:28PM and it's already 8pm. What gives?! Why aren't the drivers following the schedule?!?!

Worst app ever. Every other day it's experiencing technical difficulties. You can can call their number and ask for departure and pick up times but that all depends on how much attitude you're willing to take from a person.
