Pathetic Update. The fast forward or backward option is only for 30 seconds and its speed doesn't increase like in the previous version. Why was it removed. I have to hold the backwards button for a long time if I want to see the shows or program which is like 1-2 hours back. Please restore the option to fast forward or backward. It's irritating to wait for a long time to go backwards.

i have installed this in our smart tv. pros. good quality. fast buffering cons. 1. annoying ads. 2. especially Serial ads. why are you playing all the serial songs. in every 10 minutes break. seriously irritating. playing promos is ok.. but playing serial songs is annoying. i just close the app every time. 3. please mention the name of the event / movie/ serial currently playing and the next programs vice versa. it will be useful. 4. not all the movies in telecasting channels are listed

All videos are really good quality. But the app controls are not working properly. When try to select next video, if you click right/left button, it will go to next 2 or 3video and stop. Same thing with up and down buttons. And some times coming out off app. These issues are in my android tv. Phone app is fine.

After last update app is running smoothly, Picture quality in low graphics is also very good & annoying ads are also not coming (or coming less often). Just one problem is that if I switched to another app/message while watching tv show; that tv program restarts instead of being paused. Dear developer please make this change (to automatically pause tv show while switched to another app) otherwise 5 stars to you.

They have cache issue. Got cheated by SUNNXT. They have advertised Rs.799 Annual premium subscription without ads. I have subscribed the same. But while I am watching ET movie, continuously I am seeing 30 secs ads. What is the use of Premium subscription then? I can go with basic plan instead right for seeing the ads? Highly disappointed with SUNNXT. I want my money back. Otherwise i will take this issue to social media. I cannot able to see this review now in play Store. So wrote it again.

While connecting to my projector, there is no option for scrolling and select the channels. Need an option to view all channels so its easy to select. There is no Hindi/ Bollywood movie channels and Free News Channels 😔 Please talk to other networks and add some more channels it's a request

Even after raising complaint about issue related to this app , support team failed to address the issue and if this continues, its waste of entire amount paid for 1 year subscription. Already contacted support team (Og-60136) and spoke over the phone as well, still no luck. Its been 3 months now, still no resolution.

Literally every OTT app offers subtitles for all their content but unfortunately Sun NXT does not. Most of the old movies don't have subtitles. Only one option is left for us who can't understand South Indian languages and that is to watch Hindi dubbed versions on YouTube. Seriously I don't like Hindi dubbed versions, original version which are in South Indian languages are best.🙏

I have downloaded a movie to watch where It stopped at the 40 mins, eventhough it's shows its completed. Earlier, during the download, it gets completed after staying at 28 percent for awhile. The download also does not have pause function 😞. There is also no subtitles option

Paid service but too many sensors in fight scenes. All other streaming platform offers original scenes but not here. App not optimised for tablet aspect ratio. Video gets chopped if viewing on full screen in tablet. Video quality as like 20 years ago in some content and please remove the huge watermark. UPDATE : device galaxy tab s8.

There should be a option to watch old episodes very easily.when I try to scroll down it loads very slowly .First time j thought it is network problem .when i tried with high speed also it happened the same.I tried for 4 times and got irritated as black screen came after so much of scrolling .please update it properly with good options

Data consumption is too high. It takes around 3gb for a single movie even at low quality. Some scenes and even some parts in songs in the movies are cutoff and the runtime is reduced. Not a good app for premium subscription.

Nice app and we have few issues in accessing the app at these times. 1.Mobile Data usage, 2.While watching a download movie and if it gets interrupted by a call, I'm not able to continue from where I left instead I need to drag to the spot myself, 3.Need more hit movies of Rajnikanth & Kamal.

Not able to use full screen option as the video stops playing. It is playing only when in portrait mode. When switching to full screen , the app stop the video and again turn to portait mode.

Very poor performance. The Sun group is very keen to extract subscription from the viewers. But the output is highly disappointed. No serial or film is properly played despite good Wifi data connection . Long buffering of play is very annoying and kill the precious time of viewers. When compared to Disney Hot Star, the SUN NXT App is very poor because it has the origin of the great Tamilnadu which itself speak of its quality., The viewer cannot see the serial first before telecast. Poor 👎👎👎

I have opted annual premium subscription with no ads. But I keep getting ads. The app does not launch properly. Only logo comes and goes to black screen permanently, not showing any information.

Contents and viewing Channels by navigation is good....but the data consumption through my mobile network is very huge, even if I set the streaming quality to the lowest, unlike Amazon prime or Hotstar.....please work on this issue as even 2GB per day data pack looks to be insufficient when streaming on Sun Nxt mobile app....

Very poor user interface with ads popping up every few minutes. It's like paying to watch ads. I tried watching a movie had to sit through the same ad about 5 times even before the title appeared

Having irritating experience with this app. It doesn't remember when the ad was played last time. Many times it forgets the same and plays ad twice more immediately after playing ad last time.

App struggling to play the content.... I am using moto e40. Video is freezing frame by frame but audio is running smoothly in baground. Worst experience..

I have downloaded a movie first time after I have paid for my subscription, however the download movie is not working in offline, ther is no support to inform this in applications, and also, I have given a feed back in applications as well, but there is no response from them, I feel really bad downloading the application

This rating is only for ads. Iam using more than 5 OTT platform. This is the most irritating one with advertisement. Even after taking basic plan there is ads like hell. With this much of ads you may get income. But you will mever get users and can't grow or compitate with other platforms. The worst.

Unble to login existing account due to registering of multiple devices. But both devices installed newly and tried login. Then how can i deregister the devices without login to any one of device. Really worst app. This seems to be bug.

It is a superb app and it has a live sun tv in it so it is very useful. The subscription is also good enough. But, while we are screen casting it is shows full blank and it is full black

Good experience but full screen mode not available while watching in mobile. I think it need to fix otherwise all are good like sound clarity and picture clarity. And also need 4k option in settings upto HD only available

Issues with Recent update for Android TV We can't go back to watch similiar episodes It's loading loading more than 10 min then we have to press back button to exit the app. And moreover channel suggestions also not showing while press down button.

This update is not perfect then before,always stucking videos 3 to 4 times within a minute and skip button is also for only 30 sec which we want to wait for a long time, please fix this issue,s

3 hours playback/rewind scroll bar is available when I play live TV in Mobile app. But when I cast it to TV, the same scroll bar is not appearing in mobile. I can only rewind +/- 20 seconds.

Pathetic. Not able to even login. It says the same account has been registered in multiple devices and to deregister from other devices. There is no option to log out of all existing sessions and log in from current device. Can you not register the current device (using ID, Pwd, OTP etc.) and deregister from all other devices?
