I ordered shoes and I was charged for it. The day after I got informed that the order is cancelled as of technical issue. Got in touch with costumer support and they advised me to order again. Which I did. And again was charged and again got the message that order is cancelled because of technical issues. Now they told me that I can order something else, and to pay again. No thank you. Now waiting 7-10 days for refund of 2 orders and without shoes. Will not recommend. Just waisted 2 days.

Incredibly bad experience, I filled my basket with over 30 items to check out during their eid megasale, when I reached check out , the app gave me a technical error and asked to try later, when I tried, all my basket items and wishlist was wiped, I tried updating, reinstalling, buying through webite and chatting with the customer service but each time they told me to try again and each time its the same,my basket and wishlist are wiped and I have to add everything again & now I missed the sale

Terrible customer service. Sent wrong sizes for top and bottom on same swimsuit( bottom is 3 sizes bigger) and refuse return ! Despite clear pictures with difference in size and design. Chat service might as well be a bot as they don't care to even read what the issue is. Stay away from sun and sand and this app! Absolute rip off.

Worst delivery service. It was my first time to order on this app because of the promo's but I didn't expect that it will be the most horrible experience I've ever had. The delivery was very late it took 2 weeks before I received my order. Aside from that, there's no one to ask or clarify if when is the exact delivery date. Even I send a lot of email asking for the date but nobody reply. Please fix your service sss! I will never order on this app, never again.

0 stars. Stay away from sun and sands app and their online shopping. Once purchase is done, they have made a system where any after sales service is impossible to receive. Do not purchase from here, I know i never will be again. Still waiting for their team to process my return, and this is not the first time they are messing. I have been sending emails, contacting customer service. You will lose your money, peace of mind everything. Absolutely find other places to shop, it's just not worth it.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! DON'T ORDER IN THIS APP PLEASE. I ordered a shoes and they gave me a wrong size. They will be going to take your money!! On their app all the sizes are available but when you received your order, they will give you a wrong size. I file a return request but it took forever to be process. They didn't even bother to informed you that your size is not available. I contacted their Customer service multiple times but they keep on saying the same thing. BETTER TO BUY IN MALL!!

The application seems to be OK (except for returns and exchange). I put my 1st order and 2 out of 3 items were delivered in the wrong sizes. What they offered was to exchange it with what sizes were available (40 or 46) or cancel the whole order and get a refund in a 3 week time. Worse Business model Aramex collected 2 items yet one only was refunded and the 2nd item was stolen and no evidence that Aramex collected it Go ahead contacting them and you will get sorry for your loss Sir.

I had a horrible experience with this online app. they have delivered the wrong size TWICE!!!! and no one is there to assist u properly with ur concern, but the live chat who obviously dont know anything but to say the auto response with an apology. i have wasted my money and time and still did not get the exact size as per my order. the return policy only allows one transaction despite the fact that i still did not get the correct size. DO NOT TRY THIS APP AGAIN AND LIVE CHAT IS USELESS!!

Very very very bad service, 3x we ordered the same items, and after placing the order, direct we inform to be careful and deliver the correct items/sizes , but what happen is so horrible! The deliver3d the same item again ang again amd again but in wrong size? THIS IS FAMOUS BRAND they are working .. but unfortunately they cant do there job properly ... is a waste to order here ... never again ..

There should be a no star rating First time to order through the app and it was disappointing. They delivered the wrong item. Why would you deliver wrong item? Talked to the CSR and they said that pick up of returned item will take 5 to 7 days. Im going on vacation in 3 days.

I wish I could've read the 1 star reviews before ordering hence facing same issues that others faced. Team is persistent not to fix issues in this competitive online shopping era. 1. Significant delay in order delivery 2. Ineffective communications 3. No answer back 4. Incorrect information on each communication encounter. Dear Team! pre written sympathising sentences doesn't work if you don't respond to a query effectively. All those sweet and professional words seem lame and barren.

Does what the app is supposed to do so well. clean UI and very user friendly. Great deals often and quite easy to find what you're looking for.

Offers are amazing! (Initial review with 5 stars given 12th April 2022) Changing my review to 1 star since that's the lowest possible. I initially ordered shoes with size EU41 since EU40.5 is not an option, i received EU43! Okay fine, anybody can make mistakes. Requested for a replacement and since EU41 is no longer available, i requested for EU40 size. I RECEIVED EU42!!!! First time mistake is okay, but second time? UNACCEPTABLE AND UNBELIEVABLE!!! Will definitely file a complaint with DED.

Updated - From being a fan with consecutive purchases before to being one of the most dissatisfied and disgruntled customers of this company! I ordered an item for two-pack but only received one. Contacted their CS Chat support who promised hollow resolutions and used pre-programmed templates repeatedly. Its been a month now, and I am still waiting for them to send the missing item. SCAM ! SCAM ! I purchased a bicycle and I had to exchange for another size, it's been over 2 weeks I haven't received the bicycle and been over a month since the order was raised online. And the customer service is useless, good for giving you sweet words of comforts and in reality it is really getting under the nerves of the customer. I spent over AED 2000 for this bicycle and It is a sad fact that I haven't received it till now. This for sure is a scam.

Worst online shopping experience ever. It took 2 weeks for order to be delivered. I requested for a size exchange and waited for almost one month just to know that they had to initiate a refund due item unavailability🤬. As per their email they will only refund AED 114.62 when I originally purchased the item for AED 159.20. I checked terms and conditions, I haven't read anything regarding refund charges. When I checked in their app, they issued another Invoice amounting to 114.62 net of discount that I have not availed when I purchased the item. Based on this invoice they initiated as refund based on the new invoice. Sounds like a scam, isn't it? It took almost week before received my refund. They have the worst and unreliable CSRs.

I noticed that when I'm browsing items, after I view one item and go back to my browse, it goes back to top. Much better if it goes back to last scrolled items so that we can have better browsing experience. Also the app crashes if you want to edit address. Pls fix this.

The worst ever online shopping app. placed an order almost 10 days ago, and until now, it's not delivered. I'm surprised by the lack of competence that they can't deliver an order from Dubai to AbuDhabi. Especially, now there are so many shopping apps competing, yet sun&sand is going backwards. I'm wondering why you would have promotions when your business can't deliver. And don't get me started on the glitches the app has. If I could post less than a star or no star, at all, I would've.

Horrible experience, I placed an exchange request immediately on my order purchased and it has been more than 2 weeks without any support. I have complained so many times without any resolution. Absolutely worst customer experience. Now i am sitting with the item with no use, no exhange yet. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Never shopping from here and wouldn't recommend anyone!

I will not recommend this app. It's worse!! I received a message that my item is on its way like 3 times. Until now still did not arrive. And the t-shirt i bought damn it has stain. Like WTH is this service??

Worst online shopping app. They took the returned items and they didn't return back the money. The refund equals to 600 SAR and they didn't return the amount. Literally they are thieves

the most lousy app with the very expensive shipping fee and cash on delivery and don't buy in the weekend coz they are not processing your order it will 1 week of you do it. 0 stars supposedly customer support is unbelievable!

If there is negative one in the stars i would put it. This is not the first time you cancel my order because after purchasing it you day it is out of stock. If you are not able to control an application just delete it and do another business that you can control.

I tried to pay thru my cards but it's not working and I even used my debit card but still same thing happened, Then I used my card to purchased groceries and food online it went through , then I tried again paying my order in sun & sand but still unsuccessful so before my order will be sold out or out of stock I just click the COD which you need to pay additional AED 10.00, so just frustrated because I contact customer service but no response with my issue. 😔😔😔

Horrible shopping experience.. Don't buy from them, my return order still pending for the past 33 Days, and the only response i am getting from the customer service is only SORRY. After sale service is rubbish. there is no score less than 1 star unfortunately.

Please request to all don't use this app there service is very bad plus when you order something if they don't have stock they will cancel your without even asking you and when you call there call center they don't have any proper answer and without solving your problem they disconnect very bad service .

I have never seen such a worse return/exchange. Took 5 working days for exchange approval and 7 working days for collection. Then again 3 working day for checking condition then again 3 working day for delivery. I will never buy anything from sun and sands online.

Automatically logged out and when i try to login it shows error. i tried to reset password it says check ur email for instructions but not getting any email.

Useless app lot of technical glitch. I would like say to everyone just uninstall this app and stick with amazon. Unable to make registration.

Worst shopping app. Discount codes advertised on app dont work. Customer Service disconnects when they can't fix issue each time I log out I cant login and have to create new account. Points are never applied. Terrible!!!
