Best app rarely works for me. I always have problems whether it is with loggy man, the check in process, or it will just freeze. Half the time it doesn't even work right. For example, today I have tried to check in twice and each time a crashes when I get to the confirmation screen. I'm close to canceling

Set up an account at the local store, downloaded the app, tried to scan ID but got an error that the Android camera service wasn't working. Typed in ID number and got a message that I needed to call them. Went their web site to finally set up my account. Only then did the app become somewhat useful. I was told I could schedule sessions through the app but that isn't so.

Terrible. Never works. Can't get it to open. They need to get better it and software developers because the website and app should not have this many problems! Very frustrating when you have expiration dates on packages/promotions but your technology doesn't work. Disappointed.

Have uninstalled and reinstalled twice. Will let me select all my choices but when I get to confirmation screen where it let's you choose payment type, a window will pop up and it says your salon is not accepting monthly credit card payments. I am not trying to make a monthly payment, I am just trying to check in and pay for my service. I never successfully check in. I have to do it at salon. I am on a Samsung Galaxy 8 phone. Horrible experience. Will uninstall and will NOT be reinstalling.

Cannot even make an account. It will not even let me go to the birthdate field. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Same thing. also tried to obtain the first time free coupon. Failed. Wouldn't load. Recieved the email. Says error when I click get offer. Tried via text. Same thing. I guess now I'll have to unsubscribe because I wont be going.

Wouldn't recognize my yearly package I had purchased. It tried to charge me from my upgrade dollars to tan though. I ended up setting the desktop version on my home screen. This is what I did prior to the development of the app. Developers need to work out the kinks.

The app crashes and has login problems even though you save the credentials. It wont let you check in unless it has been more than 24 hours, yet I can tan one day in the afternoon and again the next morning. Customer service never responds and claims to updating the app. I hope they fix it.

The app wont let me do anything. Like others, it wont let me scan ID or let me log in since im already a customer. Tried to create a new account and can't enter birthdate even though it's a required field. Not impressed with the app. Service at the actual place of business is great, but this technology....not so much. The app and the website both need aime serious attention.

Worst app! Can't even get started. Tried to scan membership card and get an error. Try entering everything manually and also get an error. Uninstalled app.

This app is garbage. I have uninstalled and reinstalled about 8 million times and it will not let me set up an account. I get all the way to the part where it says to do my security question and then tells me there is an issue and to log in again. Can't get on the website or app and this has been ongoing for at least 2 days. What a waste of time!

**Glitch Fixed! I had given it a fairly negative review but the developer's were quick to respond. ** This app makes tanning much easier, especially to sign in ahead of time. Easy to find deals and your points.

I have chosen to delete this app. I really like how you can view the specials and then buy that special immediately. One of the specials that I saw was a $1 Any Sunbed. I almost bought it but then I saw a disclaimer that read "restrictions may apply. See salon for details." I am not going to spend money if I cant view the restrictions first. That just doesnt make since. For that reason I'll stop using this app. The prices at this salon are so high that I would never buy a membership here. I actually bought a membership about 10 yrs ago but each time I would come Into lay I would get hounded by the girls working on how I needed $80 lotion or upgrade my bed levels. Very uncomfortable and annoying.

Note 9 - to create account it will not allow me to enter birthdate. The short cuts are to scan membership card or drivers license, it won't scan either, gets an error message about the camera. Can't use the app at all. Hope it all gets fixed.

This app doesnt work and no one at the salon knows anything about it and the person I spoke with at the custoner service number doesnt either. She just blew off my questions to get me off the phone! I dont understand the purpose of this app cause you cant even get into it to begin with so dont waste your time.

It hasn't let me check in to double dip in a month ...talked to people at suntan city several times and they have yet to fix the problem....always problems with this app !!! And can never get help when contacting someone !!!

Love Sun Tan City but their app is HORRENDOUS! Honestly has to be the least user friendly app I've experienced. Not clear on where to tap for certain things - will instruct you to do something and then it seems to be some mystery to solve to figure out how to do what's needed.... Poor explanation of packages when buying membership. I've wasted too muchtime and frustration on this app. You really need to review it with actual users andmake it less complicated.

The app simply does not work! It is impossible to sign-in. If you enter your password there is an error code. If you say you forgot your password and try to get the "security question" there is an error code. I you try to re-sign up/create an account it says you already exist! Unbelievably frustrating!!!!!

It never works. Crashes, won't load, won't let you check in on the rare occasion that it opens without crashing. Waste of time to even try.

It will not even allow me to create an account because it won't let me enter my birthday... which is required. So, can you fix this please? Until this is figured out I will have to uninstall. My rating will change as soon as I'm able to navigate the ENTIRE app.

This app is beyond broken. You go to try to create a new account and you can't input your birthday which is a required field. There is a scam DL option to get your info but the camera in the app doesn't work so super.

The app wouldn't let me enter my birthdate and register. I found that if you go to the website outside of the app and register, it will work. Your username is your email and it will prompt you to confirm your email address. This was using an Android phone.

I should have read the reviews and saved myself the time. Same issues as everyone else reporting. Camera not connecting to app and can't add DOB to complete log in process.
