Suncart - Grocery Delivery

Not good at all. When having placed an order, always receiving a phone call 3 hours prior delivery with an extensive list of products that are not available or substituted. Also no credit card payments accepted.

I would give Suncart Qatar zero if I could. Half of the products listed on the app are unavailable. Once you add products to cart and place the order, a customer service rep calls you the next day to inform you that half the products ordered are unavailable. Suncart get your act together & at least hide or disable the products you don't have instead of wasting a shoppers time. Some items are urgent and we expect to get them if we order them instead of waiting a day to know you don't have them.

The app doesn't have Arabic as an option for language. You can't filter which is a crucial online grocery shopping, I could scroll through 100+ options and not find what I want. It's lacking a section for health foods.

App that needs to register but never works. Waste of time. Tried dozen of times and never received OTP to register. Also prices are much higher than the market. Dont waste your time to download this app.

Straightforward app. You order and they deliver. If the item(s) you want happen(s) to be out of stock then the will message you and ask if you'd like a refund or replacement. Easy peasy.

i hate it!!!.... wasting a lot of time.... bothering too much and the other items that I order is nor available. they deliver wrong item and overpriced. 😡😡😡

Prices are very very very high. Pet food can 4.50 qr at the store and 10.00qr via the App. water package 6 qr at the store and 10.00qr via the app. Plus delivery charge OMG

Great service! Great fresh fruits and vegetables were delivered. Amazed by it. Definitely will be ordering regularly now!

Error !! No internet connection i try to use wifi and celluler data and still show this error for me !!

I delete the app.. It keep giving me turn on your wifi or cellular data.. It's always on both

very expensive and diffrence between market rates....as al meera lulu safari or any other market in doha they are all better then suncart...even getit and fresh online stores

Some of the items delivered different than what i asked for... they replaced it with different items and when i called to ask why is that they told no more stock for the one i requested. Then i told them i dont want that item but it was not worthy to refund or replace... i would prefer if they update their products in their application on daily basis and what actually requesyed and displayed in app should be delivered only other than that it is time wasting for everyone to call for refund or replace.

Simply useless. Ordered a product, received a call one hour later saying that it wasn't available. Waste of time
