Mediocre. My single biggest gripe is, occasionally I will have the transfer from & to accounts the wrong way around when I do a transfer. There is no swap button, it's really frustrating as I have to cancel the entire thing, description and all and start over selecting the right account. A simple adjustment which could make a world of difference.

Impossible to "open" processed transactions, to see all details and share or save as a receipt for example, so it could be used or send as a confirmation of payment to someone. Updated in January 2020. Just logged into my account after some updates and was disappointed by the "improvements". If I could give 0, I would definitely do it. Previously I could see not just available balance and current ballance, but also pending transactions. Now there is no such option in the banking available.

The old app worked great. I left a positive review (you'll find most of the positive reviews are for the old app, not this new one) but now they've changed it and I can't access the old one anymore because it's 'retired'. Too many bad reviews on new app including appearance and usability (I just want to login to check balances and maybe do a quick transfer between accounts to pay for something) so I will just go back to using Internet or phone banking now.

Had to clear data to get it to stop crashing. Crashes whenever you try to use fingerprint login - has been "a priority for the developers" for several months. Clearly not being maintained anymore in favour of their other app that is full of ads, though that one crashes with fingerprint login as well. Abysmal maintenance effort.

After several failed attempts it appears that app has been updated to work on the brand of phone I use now. Much happier now and will be using app frequently like I used to. Thankyou. Whats to like for months now it has not worked. I am using an Alcatel phone and it has replaced an Alcatel phone. Every other app I reloaded worked fine if not better. This one failed to work. It has just wasted data to load it several times with the same result. APP HAS CLOSED PLEASE OPEN AGAIN. it should read app is a failure please delete. Very unhappy after long and happy service from previous version.

Is good when it works and they listened and fixed balance display issues. But somehow suddenly my account is now locked, even though I spent over 2 hours on the phone sorting this and other issues out two weeks ago. This is getting annoying and it is such an essential app!

never used to have a problem but for the last month or two when i log in, it doesn't refresh my balance. I will go to tranfer money and it will come up with an error. so i have to go back and refresh the page and then a different balance is shown. or I will check the bank have plenty of money and then buy something and I'll be broke because my balance hadnt updated and i get a false sense of what I can afford. very inconvenient.

Unbelievably bad. I got a notice when I attempted to open the app today that my account had been locked, and there was a option to reset my password. The reset form requires your date of birth. It doesn't allow you to key it in, instead, you need to choose the date from a date picker. The date picker doesn't allow you to choose a year or scroll quickly - you can just go back one month at a time. I'm in my fifties - so that's over 600 clicks to get back to my birth year. What a crock. If this was tested by anyone out of school, it's still 18 years x 12 months = 216 clicks to enter a date of birth - so it's either never been tested, or the Suncorp developers are too lazy to fix this, or (most likely) Suncorp management are too dump to allocate time to fix this. Suncorp have replied that you need to click on the year - yep, that works when you are filling out the same form on a PC - because that's what I did. But, even if I assume that Anthony from support meant to say "To manually get to your correct birth year you'd need to TAP the year in the top left of your calendar" - have you actually tried this, on a phone, Anthony? Because I did, and it doesn't work. I tried tapping on the month, the year, and pretty much anywhere on the calendar - the only spot to tap was the arrow that took you back a month - a month at a time.

The app is reasonably good, sometimes they do maintenance which can be a bit of a hindrance but apart from that the app works fine. I'm able to see my account and balances clearly and transfer money easily. Infact it's easier than using the computer.

After this recent update (15 hours ago my phone automatically updated for me) I am unable to log in. I try to put my passcode in and it doesn't even acknowledge that i have entered any keys in. Imagine how frustrating and infuriating and EMBARRASSING this was while i was out trying to grocery shop and needed to transfer money between accounts. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. still isnt fixed. What am I meant to do. I have tried restarting my ohone and nothing.

Terrible, tells me what I need to update the App then tells me that its waiting on wifi and data charges may apply. Wifi is working perfectly and was able to process the transfer on my phone WITHOUT updating AND using wifi. What the heck is going on Suncorp? How can I rate it when I can't use it? Perhaps you need a minus star!

Easy to use and does what you need it to do. One minor quibble is that it would be better if the fingerprint login worked immediately rather than having to tell it that is what you want to do every time you log in. EDIT: Taking off a star for lack of PayID functionality.

Extremely simple. Which is good. It could use abit more functionality for example. Having your interest rate next to your loan details would be great. And also the ability to find interest earned details for tax, currently toy can only do this through the full website not in your mobile or the app

I'm finished with Suncorp. I have been very comfortable with internet banking for years. I updated the app just 3 weeks ago, now today I have a message saying I must update again. No problem. But... I click on update and nothing happens. I cannot access my account. Nothing. My Telstra device is only 3 months old and has never let me down. Not happy. Seriously. David Harris.

Had worked for a few years, now I constantly get "Mobile banking unavailable" error and can't get in over several months. Problem exhibited over several different makes of phone, have tried uninstalling as well and reinstalling, all no to avail.

Its great i love it. But 1 thing would be great. When managing cards, i have ALOT and i never know which card it is unless i match it with ny card or the account. If we could name them that would make it sooo much easier when locking the cards or turning paypas on or off etc.

I have been notified that i cant use my app until i update. I have been trying all morning and it will not update, swirly green thing just keeps on turning. What's going on guys? Simple update to fix bugs but seems to be having a meltdown and i cant access my accounts.

More then 50% of the time using the app it doesn't work ! The amount of times I have filled fuel or shopped and tried to transfer money and it hasn't work is ridiculous thank God I have now have a ANZ account I have to use that to save myself as I can't transfer funds. I get over draw fees which I'm scammed countless times. No over draws at midnight wake up next day to over draw and charge!! It wasn't there the day before otherwise I would have transferred money. I can't wait to leave for good!

really poor. too much security, poorly engineered. not sure if it is to do with the physical token. The password reset coding (confirming DOB) on the app was unusable. Had to leave screen to view confirmatory SMS, resetting entire process! seems to be confusion between real and app token. if this is the app, how reliable is the bank?

Worked fine until the latest Android update. Crashes on opening ever since. Using a LG Q6. Edit: thank you for responding. I had read that other devices had issues so let you know the Q6 was amongst them. Hope you figure it out. Mobile banking is very handy!

This is poorly designed compared to other banking apps. Been trying to set up payid. There is no way to do this in the app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still to no avail. I have followed the directions I was sent from customer service. Still no option!

Not happy as needing to use th e phone for checking balances and moving money but instead can not get past updating the app. Have tried to update it 3 times now but can not get past pending even after 10- 20 minutes each time. I ended up doing phone banking instead. I was happy with the app I had.

Update: it's now a week and looking at other's experience this issue has been around since September. Waiting for an update to stop crashing on starting the app. I use a Huawei. When it does work it is a very handy banking app
