I love this app... I went to sundace and saw films that im able to read about online and plan before i go. The movies are unique and i even got to meet a director. Way fun Love this app. *****

Is this even functional for the 2021 festival? Unable to login. Can successfully log into web site, but login fails when using this app.
haven't figured out how to make a calendar/schedule in the app of my ticketed movies and those I plan to waitlist for.
Says my login information isn't correct even though I know for a fact it's correct so I am unable to use the app.
it's a little twitchy or funky to start ( doesn't recognize me out links the reset and it does) then very useful
Sometimes closes or just shows code. Yet it's a good source of festival info.
Set up was a bit less than seamless but once in, so far it seems fine
best accessory for Fest19! Only way to waitlist as well.

Non-functional
Very intuitive!
Disappointing app. On one hand it has good information available and that is why I rate it 2*, but that's nothing to do with the app itself. The actual use experience provided by the app is poor: the touch screen zones are awkwardly placed, often sluggish in responsiveness and most of all the ewaitlist has crashed several times and returned nonsense errors or just plain logged me out. This resulted in me not making the waitlist once, and my buddies experienced the same or worse. I can't recommend anyone avoid the app but hope Sundance will resolve this with the developer.
The login process is a headache. I resorted to using the ewaitlist on desktop because the app kept producing errors.
Most difficult app to use. Couldn't use waitlist because I had to fill info on website even though I did.
Meh. Like the rest of the fest it just isn't well organized. Things that look like links and ought to be links are just colored underlined text.
The Android version doesn't show the venue on the schedule making the app worthless.
Keeps telling me to sign in to get to ewaitlist, but there is no sign in link/page to sign in
Cannot log in. It says "login failed" every time. Password and user name are correct. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but I'm having the same issue and I can't find any way to get support.
