In this app, it doesn't show the remaining balance amount. It doesn't provide or show statment of loan account. Really no need to be install. So don't install it in your mobile. Faltu developers.
Please enable current oustanding balance option, it is right of customer to know the information about his current outstanding balance, it is basic thing in any app, i dont know you people hide this intentionally or overlook, but it is very helpfull in terms of customer saticfactory levels if it is enable. Even no.of customers asked the option in comments , you people are not replying and enabling the option which is showing neglegency towards customers.
No User experience. Simply getting getting signOff. Pin setting is not working at all. There is no much inside the application.
Hi, This app is not working properly from last 2 to 3 months... Balance amount & rate of interest not showing.... Pls check & confirm.. Otherwise, inform any alternate app is available....
Worst experience they removed lot of things from in this app ( outstanding balance, amortization schedule, rate of interest).
Hi, I cannot able to login to online portal. When I click forgot password it is generating password but it is redirecting to change password page where I don't know old password. This is a technical glitch for sure. How can one enter old password when he comes from forgot password page? Can you please help me with this?
Principal balance amount and ammortisation certificate removed. It's not showing. Please update as early as possible and give the features.
For the last 3 months not able to use the app, "Http error, unable to load now, try after sometime" message received in the payment section, please clarify
Basic information like outstanding principal amt, inrerest rate, Amortization schedule got removed. No transparency. 👎
Kindly enable the options like current outstanding amount, current Rate of interest, principal balance at present. Previously all was available. I don't know why you have removed this options. If this options hided, then company gains money from innocent peoples. Is that what company thinks. If not kindly show all details transparently. Best regards, VijayKumar.V
App is not open properly. I asked few friends , for them also app is not open. Kindly fix the issue
App is not showing up the principal balance, balance term, Rate of interest, transaction details, etc.
horrible and unable to login easily.......too tough and no one SF team capable of guiding ?????nonsense app and tech is bad.better upgrade or wind up these kind of app for consumer ?????its waste of moeny investing such kinda of inexperience techy guys........
Nice app.But include credit card payment option also.In credit card payment option add all cards(Visa,master card ,Dinersclub international card).
Unable to open if it opens not able to click on options, hangs in between.kindly update app again ASAP

Principal amount and rate of interest has been removed with new update. Kindly revert back these changes.

Your app is a wasre one. It is not processing forgot user id / pw options even after d.o.b. email id correctly. Also not fresh registration under new registration

App is very slow unlike other finance apps, app doesn't look customer friendly it very slow and irritating. No part payment option. Their must be part payment option with the options of down sizing EMI or tenure reduction.
