There are issues all of a sudden amd it was working fine in the initial installation. There was no update over the app also but now even login is not happening and on register page the alert has the development code instead of the message. Kindly check the same and do the needful at the earliest.

I was going through the reviews of this app from past few months.. there is no single positive review i couldn't see.. i don't understand why the Amc is reluctant to rectify the issues even after many months.. When registering there is an option to select a question, but there is no questions to select.. also captche is not coming.. ! I have been trying to register as a new user for the last 2 weeks.. ! But still im not able complete it.

Actually app is not working now. As I opened and enter user name, password, tick the terms and conditions. But as I enter login the dialogue occurs "please wait". There is scrolling for 3-4 minutes and doesn't open. In each step forgot password, reset password it doesn't open only please wait message for same duration. Why ❓ This problem arises and I can't get a solution. Whom to contact I don't know. I really upset and disturbed. Please solve it. If any updation required tell Thanks

Worst service..even login doesn't happen after entering credentials. It been for months and no one is taking care of it. At least team should constantly have a look on the performance after creating it.

My app stopped working tried putting password just a flash- please wait -and no response. I try changing password it also gets struck. Reinstall the app same position. Please change home page for four digit password or fingerprint password. This is easier.

One of the worst application. This will not allow to complete your registration. Even after providing portfolio no., PAN, bank account no. and Mobile no. You can't go digital or paperless with such stupid app. Why made this if intended not allow all users.

Very difficult. Other MF apps are super. You can access by pin number. But here we have to remember username and password. Im not satisfied. Such a irritating app. Soon i will close my account. Worst service. Please dont go with sundaram mutual fund

I m not able to log in last few months, initially it was fine...i uninstalled de app n instal it many times but de problem remains same.. very very poor app..very irritating....is there any option for less than 1 star or negative star in rating option... is there any alternative app for dis.. Plz suggest...

its not even opening. no alasys report. i want to invest. i have been trying to open its just like dumb...no error report if any thing wrong, not going to next page...even tried forget password...that also doesnt move forward... horrible

Nothing is working. Worst possible app. Installed, used and uninstalled several times since 2016. Neither the app developer nor the company is concerened to provide a useful app to the customers. It is better not to have this app......😢😢

Useless app. Should learn how to make interface easy from other AMC's. Worst interface , 0 user friendly , thousands of bugs in the app.

The App simply does not work. Whenever I am trying to login, it says 'please wait' then nothing happens. Total waste of time.

not sure why the bank and other details are required to be feed in while registering, only basic details shud be enough for any user to login. thats enough.

I am existing user after update the App I am trying to login but always it display loader please wait and then it will disappear but i am not able to login. Also not gettig any error.

I cannot find any worst app than this under this category. Unable to update, captcha not showing, slowest and most stupid app I have come across. I can not give below single star as there is no option. Best app for customer unfriendly category

Worst service you will ever get. The customer service department is pathetic. They won't help you they will just give the standard reply again and again. My investment is already redeemed and the amount is with they. Now they are asking me to do all the procedure again. In many of the my communicatio to them i have mentioned that i am a senior citizen and wont't be able to visit the branch then also they are not expecting the online request. Do not go for it

Font size is very small. Login should have PIN authentication.....User interface can be quite better...

In registration porstion no captcha image available, also in select questions scroll down menu no option available, so i cant complete my registration. Very bad experience...

Not user friendly. For registration, the secret question option is not at all opening for the last 2 days.

When I completed registration with my existing filio details, a new folio was created. It is not showing my original/previous folio details. It is not showing any of my data/invvestment details even with PAN. There is no option to know the details of NFO. Investing in NFO is not possible. Please update the app. MyCAMS is a very good app. Please follow it or bring/attach Sundaram AMC to CAMS to get better online nusiness.

Since I have not been able to login even once evenafter trying many times, what other rating am I supposed to give to this app. My SIPs have however performed well.

Very poor, app should demand only email ID registered with SIP, and OTP THROUGH REGISTERED MPBILE NO to register the client. Why are you demanding bank ac no. It is already registered with SIP.
