Outstanding credit union, with an outstanding app easy to use. Check deposite options. Ability to transfer money to any account you have with them, an also I believe outside accounts as well. Highly recommend them.

Great and useful, but I liked it better before the ads for their services started showing up on the bottom of the screen. That's just distracting and slows me down when I'm trying to get things done. It would be GREAT if we could add notes to our transactions so we can note in an itemized fashion what we actually paid for and what our transfers are earmarked for.

I love this app. i can do almost all the transactions that I do at theie branch. One thing thouhj. I wish the app would allow me click the camera button when I deposit a check. It takes an automatic picture, which is bit annoying. I cannot get the right picture the first time.

App is User Friendly (which, I like) buuuut, it would be nice to have a "Search Transactions" Tab in the App. Where we can Search for certain Transactions. Or, have it like "Search In Date Range" to find that Transaction quicker. It'll be a lot easier than instead of scrolling & going through ALL other Transactions before finding the one you're looking for.

Easy to use and navigate! I prefer depositing my checks through this app and they've made it easy!

App works great, only issue is I have a small business account and sunmark does not allow mobile check deposit. This forces me to go to the bank to deposit 2 checks a month. Have asked for the mobile deposit feature for years now and they say it's coming. May have to switch banks if they don't allow this soon

I would like to see bill pay transactions appear as pending and not part of available totals. Also, it would be nice if my account had more cash back offers as my son's. Otherwise, great app, use it all the time.

making a deposit with this app was extremely hard. It kept telling me to move further away. And as I did the writing got smaller. It could not read the amount correctly. I had to try 5 different times. even exiting and returning did not help. This truly one of the hardest phone deposit I have ever made and I deposit lots of checks by phone. to BofA and to Chase. they are a dream compared to here at Sunmark

The app is just fine for managing checking and savings. You cannot pay your credit card bill on the app or view statements. It is a huge pain to get to either of those things through the browser site.

App does not work properly, it functions only as needed the minimum amount. Biggest complaint is that the wideget does not update ever, so if you want to update the widget you need to delete it and place it again. This is on the most recrnt version of Android.

Love the app I love the way it locks onto the check automatically and I also love the way you can turn the light on on the phone camera so that you have better lighting for taking a picture of the check it seems to take a picture quickly and precise on the first time very nice app

You cannot access all your accounts. I called Sunmark to ask why I couldn't see my Platinum Rewards Visa balance. Oddly, I was told to download the app. Why on earth wouldn't that be available on your website? I downloaded the app and went to accounts and still couldn't see my credit card balance. I will have to use phone banking only to access my balance. Terrible.

This app is terrible. Log in and always asks to confirm my identity. Do that, get approval to go to app. Same process repeats. Very frustrating to be caught in a perpetual loop. No one at Sunmark IT knows how to fix it. May need to change banks.

I love the app. It would be so convenient and being I don't get much time to get to bank while open as well as I live an hour from my closest Sunmark FCU however I love Sunmark FCU. I even hate to say it, but there's a but... I gave 3 stars because when I use the app to to deposit checks it never recognizes the photos and the checks are clear as day. I make sure there is absolutely no mistakes but over and over it will tell me to look at the photo and will not deposit. It's extremely frustrating

This app is such a great convenience and so very easy to use. We love it!

App works well however I've been locked out several times and unlocking is difficult at times

Love the fact that I can go to the bank any time day or night at the ATM deposit checks, cash checks, withdraw money without only being able to take out in $20 increments which is a great feature! Also pay my bills online transfer $$. Really like this Bank!!

This is a guide and easy app, I never had a problem, with any of my transactions, love it, it save a trip to the bank, and you can use it day or night.

I have finally found a place to bank where people are friendly and knowledgeable. Sunmark offers a myriad of services including credit cards, insurance, car loans etc. If you are in need of a financial bank I would recommend Sunmark.

I havent had alot of luck with this remote check deposit it takes for ever for it to except the deposit if at all. hope it gets fixed because i love the convenience of it!!!

Makes online banking very convenient. Only wish that they updated the status of my accounts faster, but there are limitations. Anyway, thanks, Sunmark!

Can't access many functions but allows the basic ones which are convenient to access remotes from my desktop.

Its an easy to use app!! Comes in so handy for me! I love how easy it is to make a transfer. I also never had a single issue with this app. It's great!!

This app is very easy to use. I receive a monthly check which I always deposit by this app; I havent physically gone to the bank in ages!!
