Sunny 16

When you are going to shoot analogue photos and have no light meter with you, Sunny 16 rule is the way to go. This app calculates based on given weather conditions and ISO speed of your film the possible shutter speed and aperture to use for proper exposure.

Simple but very useful app for calculating exposure using the sunny 16 rule. It's not always easy to do the calculations in my head! Would like to be able to set a maximum shutter speed as most of my film cameras don't go above one one thousandth of a second. I shoot by aperture so this app could give me an impossible combination.

Great app especially for beginners starting out with film photography. Would love an option for shutter speed limit (mine only goes until 1000).

This app is great, I was wondering can you add a option for night time. Thanks for this app. A great tool for photography.

Great app for checking exposure with film and digital cameras if you do not want to use the auto setting.

Limited on ISO settings. Cannot set ISO to 125 or 250 for example.

This app should cover more EVs. Please add EV 10 to at least EV 3.

Any way you could add all the values in 1/3 stop increments? That would be great!

Very useful and convenient, although it would be nice if the ISO range was a little greater at both ends, or at least 6,400 at the upper end, the aperture went down to 0.95 and one could factor in ND filters.

Classic. Used this type of method 40yrs ago. Time moves on but the relationship of photography and light remains constant. Well done with this app you have created a very useful tool
