Useless. Again can't login and have to resort to browser based to access my account. Deleting this. If you're going to offer an app to your customers make sure they can "actually" make use of it.
Since the last changes you have made, I can't find etransfer menu....go into transfer menu and it is no longer there!
Worst banking app out there. No etransfer. UI is plain and boring. Need to get someone on this to make it better. Check out cambrian app for inspiration
Difficult to use. Small screen. Half the pages won't load making it difficult to online bank.
App seems to be outdated and lacks features that many other banks offer. Not the easiest to use.
I came over from Oakbank CU as the two merged. I have a TD account and a Royal Bank acct. But with this app I have to remember a dumb member # for each of my three accts here. Why can't it save a list of accts to choose from and login to like every other banking app I use?
App is very laggy and not very easy to use. And also sunova is a terrible bank to deal with. A real pain
The newest version does not interface well with my android phone
Where did the etransfer option go, without it this app is almost entirely useless to me

Fix e-transfer waste of my time ..at times like this we need e-transfer to not have contact u guys are lacking Im switching banks after this code Red.

Horrible. Came over from OBCU. Their web banking was far superior to Sunova.

I don't like that I cannot see all transfers between my accounts. I can't see what's coming in or going out and who took out and put in. I liked the old app way better. And I don't like how it automatically updated and changed the app. Hate it!!!! please put back the transaction viewing!!!!!!!!
It's a great app, but slight loading hiccups seem to happen where it won't fully log in then sends me right back to the login page, and continues that loop untill I fully reinstall the app
Wud give five stars if it had fingerprint login! Otherwise awesome app!
This app does not follow Google Material Design guidelines. Incorrect use of visual language and design principles. You can do better than this

Many more features than before. All the functionality I want in a banking app.
Massive improvement over the old app. This is a whole lot better than other banking apps I've used. Doesn't feel sluggish, or like I'm just sitting on a web page.
Hate the update version. Can't see transaction and is just a mess to work with.
Annoying and difficult to use. Look at the accounts in one area and then go to a different place to make transfers or payments. Cant transfer from some accounts. Visually unappealing
