Keeps telling me my password is incorrect after I reset and and is putting the temporary password they sent me. Had this app for months and it's only worked for me once or twice.
They send alerts to your phone that you can't read completely because the app window for their messages is to small! Very annoying when waiting for your train
A decently reliable companion to riding the Sunrail. Could definitely use a more aesthetically user-friendly account menu/pages or even account dashboard.
Awful! Tried creating an account, it only states "something went wrong". Won't say what went wrong, just ends the process.
And now I can't even use the app. I try to go on and still crashes. I even uninstalled and reinstalled and still keeps crashing.
I put in all the right info to create an account and it keeps giving me and error message that something went wrong!
App is not working anymore as of the day of this posting Pixel3 latest update. Can't connect to network error.
Notifications for Android phones not working according to a recent call to customer service. When are you going to fix this?
I commute daily on the train going to and from Work. Sometime I can catch the bus to the train but most times I have to ride the 3 mile bike ride to the train from my house. It is disheartening when you worked so hard to get to the train and It pulls up as you're finishing your transaction in the conductor doesn't wanna wait and pulls off when you. That 30 minute or 60 minute wait for the next train can cost you your job. They should have to wait at least 60 seconds before they pull Off.
I've been waiting for this app to come out, it's very helpful keeping schedule for the trains. Thank You
Please fix the app. As of today it is stil not functioining properly. The sunrail itself is amazing
Saved trips disappear after looking at them once. Can't rename cards.
Good app but sometimes certain buses do not show on the screen.
Keeps crashing. Was fine until a few days ago.
I can't do anything on computer do not know how to type besides every ID and password has to have uppercase lowercase numbers and symbols also numbers it is too much for computer illiterate people like me

The Sunrail service is great, but the application is horrible. Makes you change your password Everytime you need to sign in and takes hours to receive the password reset email. You have to sign in outside the app to see the balance on the card. The web interface is even ten times horrible. You have to get a degree to learn how to add the suncard to the account, add money to the suncard and how to setup autopay. No intuitive at all.
